If this city was real I would definitely live in Bixton
Oh definitely I would too
Ye me t oo
"Schools don't actually cost a lot of money"
**checks budget**
Education is at least double, almost triple of any other service category or budget...
That park/university was looking so good with all of those trees.
I would suggest doubling up the Urdan Elmentary School where you have the old ones to save space.
did this guy get to 280k population playing on 1 speed?
Industry = rich. Zone as much as possible.
For highway noises, mature trees also dampen to the noise a bit, albeit not as much as the sound barrier. So plopping a whole forest next to the elevated sections of highway might help.
Highway noise in tunnels is loud to those above ....in real life. Subways too. U can feel and hear the subway rumbling under the ground under your feet. Same with the tunnels. #BigCityWoes
I love it! Wish I was skilled enough to make great highways like yours
Nice video! You should get the custom road packs mod. It has everything from small pedestrian streets to humongous highways.
It’s vanilla
He’s doing a vanilla play through for Bixton
Your videos are awesome! Love from India ❤🇮🇳
I feel like it actually makes a lot of sense to put schools right next to each other call them “extensions”. The universities and colleges being merged into mega campuses also makes sense to me anyway it’s just more buildings being added to campus.
nice to see its not just me who is experiencing bulldozed building inhabitants just permanently standing on the sidewalk in a line complaining they are homeless and not moving into empty homes
My last name is " Ivey " hahaha saw Ivy highway lol
Gas stations and hotels are also pretty common right off the freeway in most large urban areas.
Bixston is a Beauty City
So Close! It's Bixton
Also there’s the homeless people issue too. There’s a new mod called bye bye homeless that will clear out the stuck cims.
To make it more realistic, you could try to connect the educational buildings via public transport
You can place multiple technical universities with the plop the growables mod
you could probably save a good bit of money by removing all those battery stations, the large prison and any large fire stations or police head quarters. These assets dont really seem to be that useful in the current game and the smaller assets are just as effective. disaster services are also pretty useless.
please just use some more districts and you could make your build profitable. After you get districts you can adjust service much better to where they are needed more or less.
I would say the sound barriers are not very realistic just let the complaining happen
How are they not realistic? I have seen them along many highways
💕
Ngl my feet kick a lil when i see ur video pop up
Raise office taxes to 30% until all office business leave the city. Once you show zero tax income from offices you know it’s cleared out. then lower taxes to a few percent to get them back.
You could make the simulation speed faster by increasing it from the bottom left
Can we have save at end of series
can you add save game to paradox mods pls
How you have so much residential demand?!?! Can you give me an advice? There is no resident demand in my city, I have good education, taxes are low, city services are good,I have parks. and there are lots of open jobs!
Infinite demand mod 😊
@@Kayambo974 Thanks
You’ve probably over-expanded, just focus on improving your city and wait for people to move in
there’s probably not enough jobs for people
Please go back to Gasparilla County 🙏 my favorite series
i feel like it would have been better to do a big dig
it didnt even work for boston, and in the video it even shows that underground highways still create noise pollution
FIRSTTT
No one cares 🤡🤡🤡
I guess cities skylines 2 is never coming to xbox until like 2030 cause they only want money from pc
Yea that’s the reason… they voluntarily chose not to make money. 😒
@slipknottin well I think they just don't like console cause it quote on quote think it can't handle it
@@tommybrashervlogsgamingnew7595dude, console releases made up a huge portion of the first game’s sales. literally why would they avoid getting more sales if they knew they could? you’re completely wrong on this. consoles have weaker processing power compared to PC. it’s already extremely intensive on PC and they have to somehow make the simulation able to run on your console. you and several others would be complaining if they released it in its current state and it wouldn’t run correctly
@@scj6693 oh by removing every new feature to release it
@@tommybrashervlogsgamingnew7595 it took them months after launch to get the game working correctly on pc. They just have a lot to do to fix the issues first, then they can launch on other platforms
