MissingNo. seems like a perfect DnD level 20 boss. An eldritch abomination not meant to exist, who has huge amounts of HP compared to other DnD bosses, but literally 0 defense to pair with it (in this case, 0 AC). With slow speed yet high power, and multiple forms to take on, it seems like quite a versatile pick for a final boss. Especially with how easy it is to tie the whole plot to him, just this thing’s mere existence alone could be causing the whole world to tear itself to bits attempting to justify Pokemon number 0’s existence.

The city used special lighting effects for doorways when you were a distance away from them, and looking in that one building just showed the lighting from a doorway of a different building behind it. The reason it wasn't a rectangle was because part of it was blocked by a sign. So no, it still hasn't been acknowledged by GF.

This is a really interesting tune. Reminds me of the times I used to look up mysteries about Pokémon, fun facts, myths and, of course, glitches. Ah, man, those were some nice times. MissingNo here brings a great arrangement representing all of that, and I appreciate it. Good arrangement, Geshtro!
Fact: Missigno was created due the pokemon game having 256 Pokemon slots although only 151 Pokémon were defined. 256 was used because the variable type for the battle code won't allow a number smaller than 256 so the rest of the slots were filled with glitched Pokémon and Missingno.
There's also actually 39 MissingNo. (what the hell is the plural of MissingNo.?) in game, they just have the exact same properties except for three of the 39 having the ghost, Aerodactyl, and Kabutops fossil sprites instead of the rectangular glitch sprite.
MissingNo. can be encountered in a variety of ways. It just appears when the game is given invalid data for a Pokemon's information. This means that, depending on what information it's fed, it can appear during things like the Mew Glitch and the Old Man Glitch.
