My favorite part about this rip is that it actually covers the original progression of Sonic.EXE. It starts in Green Hill Zone (Hill) where Tails plays through, then it switches to the drowning music from when Tails was in Angel Island Zone (Hide and Seek)- then Tails dies, and it moves to Knuckles, whose level is Scrap Brain Zone, who dies as well, then it hits Robotnik's unique part with original music and design (...) and at that point it's full on given up at pretending to be a Sonic game, and you hear all the classic .EXE sound effects like that stock audio of a scream and of course, Kefka's laugh, better known as Sonic.EXE's laugh. It goes through all of their levels with the original progression and I love it.
I like when it gets to eggman’s part, it is as if a fight between the 2 begins. I love it.

MissingNo. really is a team player, considering his nature he can easily collaborate with most people around. A ZUN collab based around Kokoro's theme due how buggy and crash prone Hopeless Masquerade was on launch to the point it the instant Kokoro appeared as the final boss the game would crash, a Day 1 patch made Koishi crash the game. Which means you could work off both tracks tbh

@@falendemo546 Well, in the Sonic.EXE creepypasta, Tails was involved in Green Hill Zone, Knuckles was killed in Scrap Brain Zone, & Eggman died in an original level (despite the fangames decipting it as Marble Zone). This rip uses the areas where the 3 victims died in the creepypasta via their original game counterparts through the description.
Sounds like sonic got drunk in green hill zone and fell into a river and drowned, meanwhile robotnik is celebrating in scrap brain. But then the power went out, so he’s compromising by playing the organ. Then either knuckles or tails came out of nowhere and murdered robotnik. Now tails and knuckles are in green hill celebrating that Sonics dead. Grand story indeed.
An alternate ending is them remembering that Sonic still has two lives left

You know what a potentially neat, although maybe too specific, Missingno track would be? A remix of one of those corrupted songs from Vinesauce Vinny's streams. Often times during those corruption streams the corruptor will mix up the music too, which on occasion leads to some really neat results that would be cool to see more "fully realized"

I'd like to imagine that these rips aren't just "sabotaging" iconic songs and turning them into rips, the characters included and/or involved with these rips replace the characters within the original story and music track.
For example, instead of Sonic.exe chasing down all three characters from the OG creepypasta, it's some sort of unstable Sonic.exe/MissingNo abomination, leaking broken code and distorting the world by accident, slowly taking down every character, up until it faces off against AoStH Robotnik.

Basically, the Sonic levels here are the original versions of the places where Tails and Knuckles encountered Sonic.EXE.
