Skadoosh's Corrupting Cry - T3 Arbiter (shock tech), Path of Exile 2

A T3 arbiter I barely managed to do (7 hp btw) showcasing the new ball lighting and warp shock tech. Was missing splinter on seismic and the new heavy stun armour removal that I just added to the build.

I just realized now after watching the vid that the debuff I had was preventing all regen. I was 1 warcry off death LOL.

Warcry needs a skill that can consume all corrupting blood to do a burst damage or have passive to increase stacks on it like poison

Thanks for the awesome build. I like it very much. How did you get to 4600 Life? I also used your build from mobalytics but only get to 3900 Life. Currently at level 93.
