- Figured I would put together a little video of what I think, and my thoughts are for the toughest straight out of the box, RC bashers, and what I’ve had the best luck with in stock form.

Great overview! I am between the roller version of the Arrma Mojave and the Hobao Hyper 8 SC truck. One of them it will be as soon as i have space to store them 😀

The typhoon would be there for many other reasons. This was strictly out of the box what you can just beat in thrash on out of the box and not break
Great new video! Well done. 20/50 gearing Xmaxx with no fan on the motor, are temps fine on the motor? Also do you run the temp probe to receiver box on your stock xmaxx motor? Realized today both my fans are missing blades, i run 18 tooth pinon. I may not even replace the motor fans if you are having success without it...
No, the temp probe is gone and she runs a little bit warm if you really beat on it, but it hasn’t shut down. Lol.
Love the Outcast 4s!! I don't have a Mojave or an XMAXX yet. But someday!! My only 8s rig is the O8S EXB so that is my go too!!😉🤪🤙👍
Just finishined a Kraton XL M2 C ified,so looking forward to a break in the weather to rip that,had some bits left over from that build,so put a standard M2C ified,with some Scorced parts thrown in Kraton,with Firma rubbish lectrics,won't last five mins.The sooner they bust the better is what I say.Myself ,well I love my Talionion as a top flyer.Took me a while to like it ,but only 3 changes made me love it enough to properly hop that machine up.Wishing ya all my good spirit Mr Tone in ya frontflippin back to health✌️

My main issues with my mojave was the body posts and bumper springs and those were a pain in the ass to change, told a friend on the arrmaforum if he could make them out of TPU 3d print material, he did but i sold mine so i couldnt take part on the testing part before they were finalized for sale. Love what 3DRC has put out since then. Still have a 2yr old wing mount still hanging on despite the cracks on it. Rpm doesnt come close to it in durability. Plastic fatique doesnt exist with tpu or any other flexible blend unless you really try.

I never did ask you but I know I told you about the motor mount in the v2 4s being thicker an way better is ur outcast 4s still have the stock motor plate or have you bent it yet???

Love the video! I completely agree with the Mojave, such a tank. I have one you misssed. The 6s Typhon is tough as nails stock and you can really gear it up to get a ton of speed for big air! Another honorable mention is the Fireteam. I haven’t done much with that truck, in fact I am still on the stock chassis. Again, the body that covers most of the truck really helps it out 👍
Yeah the typhon is awesome and would definitely be 2nd in this lineup
Would you recommend an Outcast 4S or a Notorious 6S for a Basher Fun truck?
If you’re not worried about a little bit more speed, I would go with the 4S
The Outcast 4s is a sweet rig. If your new, a great choice. I’m constantly picking this out of my 3/6s rigs. So fun. Great video bro, I don’t have a Mojave but it’s on the wishlist!
The Mojave has just proved itself to be a tank. It’s amazing what this car can put up with.

Excellent vid for some ppl who may be new! Kinda would have been nice too, to list them high to low comparing them all as well so they can hear and see on power levels the strongest to the weakest

I know you have MOST LIKELY heard this before, but im only repeating it because you have a very nice collection here my friend.!! YOU SHOULD NEVER NEVER NEVER EVER EVER EVER LET YOUR R/C CARS JUST SIT ON THEIR TIRES LIKE THAT MAN. It causes degredation to your tires,shocks, and steering components. Thanks for the Video i plan on buying a Traxxas Sledge as soon as i can afford it.
Yeah, I need to start keeping them all up on some sort of block. I have a couple of them like that but most of them are not.
Only 4s I have that I run is my tekno mt410 bone stock would break every time I took it out.6s would be close between outcast exb and tlr typhon but my typhon has m2c braces so I guess that’s disqualification for her🤣 I have a slightly used/upgraded xmaxx coming this week and I’ve already got the m2c cup sleeves recommended by speed.great video 💪🏻👊🏻🤪
My ET 48 2.0 even before the brace was super impressive. But the center brace made it awesome
@@BarstoneRC my main problem is the driveshafts.I bent all 4 my first day and also the center big one.was trying to keep it stock but I don’t see that possible.probably be decent with some m2c driveshafts💪🏻

No, I have not got one and honestly I don’t think I will be getting one. Nothing about that car has impressed me
@Bars&tone RC yeah true that. I like it because I don't have a kraton 8s so it's similar to that. It's very durable like the xmaxx out of box. Well see if it's durable when I go bash it one day 😄 been cold lately

As Bars Says” The Mojave Just Don’t Care” 🤣 I still have scars from that Mojave! Out of all the cars, this one, you know your going to have a good Time…….Every time! I bought a Exb version because it’s so much fun! I’m taking the 200 foot challenge with it this summer! HaHa! What a blast! 💪🏆👊

You should definitely consider an MT410. Expand your 4s lineup and enjoy another personal build 😊
I’m really thinking about it. I wanna do another build very soon and I think that might be the one.
A hobao hyper mt+2 or CEN Reeper could be a fun build too for larger scale, I've thought about getting a mt410 too
I traded my mojave away. That thing was a beast. I did not break anything but the electronics the 4 years I had it. The only problem was how dirty it became

Yes definitely agree with the Mojave there bud .... When I open the garage up it's my go to RC.. I also spent time at Christmas redoing diff fluids, pins where a bit worn on the shafts and out drives etc. So all ready for another great year of hammer time. Great honest review there my man 🙂.

Need to add a 3s class, and in that class I would vote the Associated Mt10 , one though truck. I'm 💯% 4s - outcast 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻/ 6s Mojave 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻/ 8s - would have to disagree , I have a 8s outcast vs my buds X- Maxx, he breaks everytime we go out , I don't, so my vote would have to be my Outcast!! The cost to repair a Xmaxx is much cheaper than a O8S. Plus my Xmaxx seems to run longer when broken than other trucks in my experience. (Looking over the truck after bashing to notice breaks)

You haven't tried the 6s fire team. Drivability beats the Mojave, you have to try. Some are turned off by the soldiers, but you can change the body. Car is a blast
I have two Kraton XL’s which are the exact same thing and I’ve driven them a couple times, but again this was strictly out of the box, beating the snot out of something durability
@@BarstoneRC also try the hpi vorza flux 4-6s. Absolute ripper, that handles terrain and flies with power for days. The original, not the remake.
The kraton has some shated parts and standards, but the driving on the fire team is unique. Drive it and you will understand

Thought maybe the typhon might sneak in there since it's a little bit cheaper 6s,but anyway never thanked you for doing the typhon v5 videos and showing what was needed to get to 100..built a gt version and it runs 102 with your gears you used..get well soon!!
That’s awesome buddy I’m glad you broke 100 mark but yeah, the typhoon would make the list on anything else but for out of the box durability the Mojave is a beast
The Typhon you could go up in Kv and drop to 4s and it's be a good 4s car
Don't forget that the outcast is 100 $less than that lame ass maxx!
Oh, I know this video was strictly on out of the box durability and its stock form
