Be careful, there is an error in the wiring diagram provided by Seymour Duncan. In my opinion, rather than using this method. it's better to use a 3 way switch, 2 pushpull volume and 1 tone. so you can choose or combine more tone characters. here's the video: ua-cam.com/video/_zED0MMA9hA/v-deo.html
Hi mate. Could you explain the error and if it can be solved? I only have a 5 way switch and just 3 regular pots. The selector switch is definitely not correct. I'm getting bridge in 2 positions, last and first.
@@exp-eri-mentalthe correct diagram as I showed using a ballpoint pen at this minute 6:26. If you follow the Seymour Duncan wiring, your electric guitar will not make any sound. After you follow the improvements I showed, the bridge and neck combination will be like this: Position 1 you get Humbucker bridge + single coil neck. Position 2 you get a single coil bridge. Position 3 you get a single coil neck and bridge. Position 4 you get a single coil bridge. Position 5 you get a Humbucker neck and single coil bridge. So you will lose the pure humbucker neck, and pure humbucker bridge.

But what if you only have one volume and one tone?
Can you do this in English? Good video but I can't understand anything . Thanks
Hola.
