Seems like "override arch feed rate" could be useful for chamfering when you're deburring small bores and longer contours in the same operation. I'm guessing Mastercam will calculate feed rates off of tool diameter and not the effective cutting diameter of a chamfer mill?
Can anyone tell me what cause the haas 3 axis milling gave me this alarm, when I make small offset “WEAR”.”cutter comp begin with G02or G03”postes from Mastercam....I was making thread milling and contour.
What toolpath are you using? As mentioned above, comp needs to be applied on a straight move (G01). If using Contour, make sure your leads are set to use a line length. If circlemilling or threadmilling you can do as mention above again, click start at center but you may also need to click perpendicular entry to get that comp onto the G1 line.
Pls send the M10 and m12 thread mill program how to generate in mastercam

Chamfering with Contour will look at the cutting diameter for calculation not the nominal tool size. Pretty cool they have this working!
How about the circle mill tool path? Is this an option? I’ll have to look into it tomorrow.

With contour will it increase the feedrate if machining the outside of the arc using the arc filter settings?
Yes it will!

Would you give me link to download your kurt vise model please?

Cutter comp G42 and G41 cannot be called on with an arc move use start at center with a linear lead in
@@cncmanufacturingptyltd5189 could you make any example which line should I start on? thank you!!

Could be a number of things. Best advice I can give you without knowing more, update Windows and update your video card drivers.
