SVB failure was foreseen when deregulation mania took over Congress & Trump era. Much talk about the deregulations--in transportation/rail. Too; in both industries, tragedies were predicted during Trump... SVB paid out bonuses; dumped stock & made other decisions knowingly...a slow train coming.

20:56 I was hit by a car and became disabled, and now even a decade later I struggle with my injuries from then. Everyone thinks a fall is nothing, but especially for an 81 year old man who hit his head, got a concussion, and cracked at least one rib, it could take a year. At that age, McConnell also probably doesn't handle medication well.
I usually disagree with him, but I have a lot of respect for Mitch McConnell, and so I wish for his complete and speedy recovery. But from experience, my advice is, it will probably take longer than anyone thinks. Myself, ten years on, stairs are still kind of scary, and I'm a lot younger than the Senator.

Nuggets are very different from boneless wings.
Boneless wings are actually deboned, and only the wing is used.
Nuggets are typically either chicken small filets of breast meat or chicken which is shredded or ground and turned into nugget shapes, then battered and fried.
Karagge (Japanese fried chicken pieces) are usually thigh meat.
So whomever is suing over false advertising here obviously doesn't cook or know much about food at all.
Just trying to get rich quickly that's all. Because it's just ridiculous ...🙄
Frivolous lawsuits should be curtailed; Many have been duped. Cases like this should be deferred to regulating body--w/o clogging court dockets...

@@marciawade8813 I would think the judge could just throw out the case because there's no loss by the plaintiff.
But yeah, people sue over things that don't really impact them, like saying the product is ready to eat in three minutes without including the time it takes to open the package and put it in the microwave.

It's a bailout. The depositors were not FDIC insured. Making them whole using FDIC money accrued from fees we all pay on transactions is a bailout. Now our fees go up to account for bailing out uninsured depositors who don't pay in to the FDIC.
