I have a lot of respect for Harbor Freight they have helped put food on the table for years with good tools at rock bottom price. That is something I don't take lightly.
@@debtminer4976 it's Americans fault. They don't want to pay higher prices for a higher quality part. They want Chinese crap delivered next Day. Can't blame Amazon, blame the consumer.
I'm glad HF is increasing the quality of certain products. You don't have be cheap, just sell good product at a great price. Jack stands are long term product where failure is not acceptable. These jack stands are truly impressive and are a worthwhile upgrade.
I have been using the cheapest pair of jack stands from harbor freight. They get left outside a lot and I am starting to wonder about the structural integrity I think these would be a nice upgrade.
No doubt. I bought the 3 ton Jack stands and a Daytona Jack and I was very impressed. I also bought one of their US General tool boxes . Great stuff and love the color options lol
I loved the low profile Daytona floor Jack's so much I bought 2!!! Harbor Freight here in Anderson Indiana has the jack stands now, I was just looking at them last weekend when I bought some extra Hercules batteries for my 3/8 cordless rachet!! Nice demo Justin!!
I have a regular 3 ton HF jack that's 3 years old and works as it should. I've had the last 6 ton jack stands for a little over a year now with no problems. I will say the new ones are better and I really like the extra security pin. I got the 3 ton low pro long reach jack a month or so ago on the spring black Friday sale and like it. I especially like the foot pump feature if your in a tight spot.
Hello again Justin Thank you for another Great Video. The Jack Stands look great. I am looking forward to seeing you use them on your trailer build. Again thank you.
I had the smallest aluminum jack for about a month before it was stolen but it was such a great jack not being so heavy. for years I had carried around this huge craftsman jack around the farm that thing was a beast but it was just so damn heavy to lug around. Someday soon I will be trying to get a new aluminum jack.
I have 2 pair of 6 ton jack stands but I might get the Daytona 3 ton since 6 ton stands can be awkwardly tall even on the lowest setting. The 6 tons are great for trucks though almost everyone I know drives a 1 ton dually including myself, my 6 ton stands are actually holding up a tractor right now for a lady, she got new tires put on at a shop and I still need to put them back on the tractor but they're so heavy I'm waiting for help
Those jack stands would go great with my Daytona low profile 3 ton black floor jack. However, I have Pittsburgh 6 tone jack stands. Mine weren't on the recall list so I never bothered to return them.
I would definitely trust those over the old recalled ones. I had those, and thought they were alright, but when the recalled them I was like ok, I'll bring them back. I waiting forever for a replacement set so I could still have 4 stands but I ended up using that credit for something else instead. Maybe one day I'll pick these up.
I clicked on the video without looking to see who made it. I didn't even know it was you until I saw your face haha. What happened to starting with "Cheers to those with beers."? As for the jack stands, I have the 4 of the 3 ton Daytona jack stands and they are by far the best for the money. I am guessing just the best 3 ton jack stands at any price point. Good video, good to see you again and cheers.
Justin, off subject question, I have the Capri metric thin double open ended wrenches and up to now they have been great thin wrench, but today I need a thinner wrench. I believe you bought on the independent tool truck some very thin wrenches. Could you tell ne the brand name and if you liked them ?
I have a Daytona jack and have owned it for about 2.5 years. They frame on it bent to the point that one wheel doesn't make contact with the ground. I always used it on a flat surface here at my he garage the heaviest vehicle it lifted was a 1990 suburban. I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue. Unfortunately mine is out of warranty by now but it was great while it lasted
Oh no that’s not good at all sir. I was going to buy one. Not now, I will save my money and look at Jack that is more sturdy and reliable. Thank you for letting us know and saving me money and my first trip to Harbor Freight. Never been there. 🇺🇸😎🇺🇸
I have and will buy Harbor freight items like their tool carts and tool chests which are so underrated, but some items I'll keep away from for a while are their impact sockets. My cousin and I where changing a tire in my garage, slapped on a brand new impact socket from harbor freight and on the second bolt, it blew up, hitting my cousin in his arm and a big chunk smacked me in the middle of my chest, scared the living daylights out of us. Then a few year's later I saw the news story of their old jack stands failing under weight, so much so that they had to pull the line. I like Harbor freight, but critical weight holding items like their Jack stands or even their 4 ton lift jack, make me kind of worried to purchase..
Weird, one of the items that everyone seems to rave about are their deep impact sockets. I hope you're able to warranty them. All it usually takes is to walk in the store with the broken socket.
What happens when a companies lack of quality goes viral so they build a good product to redeem themselves. Better get em while they are offered and before the reversion is introduced in a couple years if not sooner.

They help keep amazon from taking over completely too..

Harbor Freight is doing a lot to better their products. Good on them.

Justin Dow... The jack stands look really good. I would definitely trust them. The jacks are nice too. Harbor Freight is getting better and better.

Harbor freight needs to expand and come to Canada so we can get quality tools

I got 3 ton versions of these. They are great. No issues.
I have the orange Daytona floor jack and the aluminum one. Both are great. I will try out their jack stands next. Thank you for the review.
Great review! I have the same cheap stands as you. Going to Harbor Freight today and will check those out. Thank you sir!
Great video. Just picked up a pair of 6 ton jack stands yesterday at Harbor Freight. Best of luck on your new Audi job down the hill.
Haha I had to buy the Duralast ones out of necessity for a project because I went to my local HF and they didn't have those jackstands in stock.
I have a pair of the HF jack stands and have never had a issue with them - the ones you have now look very well built.
Those jack stands would go great with my Daytona low profile 3 ton black floor jack. However, I have Pittsburgh 6 tone jack stands. Mine weren't on the recall list so I never bothered to return them.
Good Stuff Brother! HF is putting in a store here locally. I will be definitely checking these stand’s out. Thanks Again for another great video.
Those Daytona jack stands look nice. If I need new stands, I might consider those.

I respect and trust when dude wearing Nike, adidas and Reebok. Concerned more bout content and review than pizazz
Those floor jacks are awesome! One day I’m gonna pick one up.
gotta get those green ones 💚💚💚💚
I am buying this exact setup for my Jeep Wrangler in the morning. Also cool to see a fellow Dodger fan! ⚾️
3 tons are just as good, been using them for about a year
Same. I've been extremely satisfied with the heavy duty 3-ton jack stands.
I got the same jacks, haven't tried them yet but seem heavy duty 👍

I have the new 3 ton stands & yes those pins are slippery that cotter pin helps with that. I'm sure with some use it will only get better.
Out of curiosity, the products they do send you, are you able to purchase their esp, extended service protection plan?
Very cool, thanks for the video, I heard Squirrel, lol.
Way to go Harbor Freight
Thank you. you sold me on the welds.

Which Daytona jack is that?
I’ll be getting me a pair I’ve been waiting huge upgrade
Justin, if I remember right the Jack's are only 3 ton each and both combined are 6 tons.
Do you get to keep the products they sent ya or do u just use them n review n give em back?
Might have to try that Daytona jack and see if it will fit under the vette. None of my other jacks do 🤣
I do suggest getting there 3ton low profile long reach it a awsome jack
I know those stands are solid but they are pricey. I thought harbor freight suppose to be competitive in pricing.
Nice maybe I'll talk the boss in to buying these for the shop for equipment services
Neat 😄
How much is the price for that jack men?
looks like it is made better than the older ones i have the jack and it is ok but looking at the aluminum jack stands i wouldn't trust them myself
good reading!!
Best of luck, but I'd have trouble trusting anything from harbor freight that spins as fast as the saw blades.
Those jack stands look well made . It would be cool , if they just stuck to one good tool brand and sold single sockets and wrenches just saying .
Hey guy just picked up Daytona floor jack the price went down for parking lot sale for 140 this is brass I changed my email up lol
😊

I never had a problem with any of the Harber freight stuff like I have the 3-ton aluminum jack and it works great. I just won't buy their power tools
Torin BigRed vs. Harbor Freight Daytona 6 ton?
nhl playoffs
i thought you would be wearing kings gear
I think I have there 3 ton jack stands.
A warranty on jack stands is a life insurance policy
👍👍👍👍👍👍😎😎
Those look super overbuilt. I have set of harbor freight jack stands that are about 30 years old they still work great.
Bro, where are you?
This guy got these free from harbor freight. What do you expect him to say . Read between the lines this is a PAID advertisement
So. Are you saying these 6 ton jack stand are not any good?
What happens when a companies lack of quality goes viral so they build a good product to redeem themselves. Better get em while they are offered and before the reversion is introduced in a couple years if not sooner.
Extended warranty is never worth the money 👍🇨🇦
I wouldn't buy jack stands from harbor freight they're had the issues with them failing 👌
I think harbor freight is going to make snap on extinct.
Love your videos, hate the Dodgers. Keep up the good work!
Harbor freight used to be shit tools for shit money past couple years straight fire dooode great tools for short money
I just couldn't do that, buy jack stands from hf
Did Justin die?
