Participation Mode is currently a feature we only offer on myViewBoard for Windows. If you're using the myViewBoard software native to the board, it won't have this feature.

is it possible to use Microsoft whiteboard tool with stylus ? since we r not able to use it but touch works

Sometimes Windows can read the Stylus differently. If you're using the stylus that came with the ViewBoard, try using the "pointy tip.:
