..this was a covert taking out of a competitor in the fertilizer game wanafikiria sisi ni mangomi....If it were a crime scene, the police should be the ones collecting evidence not the CS. In court i would argue for the factory owners that the case should be thrown out due to contamination of the chain of evidence presented by the government. Slam dunk!
