    AR, hope you get this comment. As a seasoned German car tech, can I give you some pointers? You did open the res cap, yes, but now suck some of that fluid out to prevent overspill up top if you’re going to do this like this, but don’t! Not good to push the fluid back thru the system & components, although you can get away with it most times. Open the bleeders, pistons push in much easier that way & a quick bleed out won’t hurt, you’re there & it won’t take that much more time. Put a small hose leading to a catch container on the bleeder valves. Don’t forget to check condition of the abs sensor wires to avoid the dreaded dash light, can get all 4 on eBay for $25.00 if rotted & cracked, the sensor wires are as bad as BMW plastic, lol.       I use a c clamp to push caliber in.

    Try using a C Clamp instead of the prying tool

    I always use a c-clamp to retract caliber.

      Akebono from FCP Euro! The ceramics have very little brake dust, almost none
