Please do a video on the brake fluid change. Heard the rs660 has a closed system abs so it makes the job a bit harder/different. Thanks a lot in advance.
Nicholas, to replace the pads in the rear calipers, would i need to pull the caliper off the bike? and do I tap out the safety pin that contains the spring?
Go to a safe area with a good length of road, at 35-40mph apply rear breaks firmly for 2-5 sec and repeat. Cleared the squeaks, I did have to repeat the process about two weeks later but since then no issues. Wear and tear on the pads is minimal, I didn’t have to replace rear pads until ~20,000 miles.
Easy peasy ! Nice video man !
Crystal clear instructions…..thank you.

Have you any advice on the RS 660 brake noise? Rear brakes sound horrible
Never had any issues. Sorry mate
I have the same problem
@@Foetoid I was hoping I wasn't the only one! It is getting better, but still has it at different speeds and how hard I apply!
I have the same issue and I will check it at the workshop

Do you ride a 660 on the street? if not, what do you like on the street?
I didn't -- but I was super impressed with the OEM pads on the track
it is not necessary to remove the brake calipers the pads come out without dismantling them
you are correct! but it's awfully hard to push the pistons back with the calipers mounted ;)
Yeah, but it's also a good time to clean the whole caliper

The idea is to clean the pistons and push the them back easiliy without damaging enything else
