I feel like I’m going through the same thing as you. I’ve been trying progesterone cream… But I’m thinking it’s not strong enough? Why did you choose pills and not the cream?

I have had secondary infertility for 10 years, I have luteal phase defect as well. Did you take bioidentical progesterone?

Anyways, I tuned into your video because after 6 months of (serious) trying, taking ovulation tests, tracking everything, I’m finding that my luteal phase is getting shorter! Im 25, perfectly healthy, no stress, but my luteal Phase shortened from 11 days to 7 days over that 6 months period. I’m trying for my first child and feeling bummed out. I live in Canada and it’s hard for me to find a doctor that will help me.

I'm so sorry to hear about your struggles. It could be progesterone like my case! I would demand bloodwork or try fertilitycloud like i did! Sending you baby dust keep me updated!

Hi. I am supplementing progesterone as well because of short luteal phase& breastfeeding. Just bumped to your video. Are you continuing progesterone after getting pregnant?
Yes I did!! I stayed on it until 12 weeks pregnant!
Did you take oral or suppositories for your low progesterone? I am struggling with low progesterone too!
