- Here is a somewhat new series I will be uploading, the archive series. I will be uploading full length albums of almost forgotten recordings either from a tape format or vinyl record.
This record may sound like it has not been cleaned, but that is not the case. I clean every album using the Spin Cleaner, which deeply cleans any record. This record as wear from excessive use which is causing the distortion in some parts.
This music is so adorable...and the image is pure aesthetic: the beach, the ocean,seagulls....that cute girl on the cover, your beautiful records player. Everything is perfect. A moment of dream, during an endless afternoon in this endless quarantine... :-(
Love and a greeting from Italy
@@soundsbytinag Aww...thank you,dear Tina.
You get two "WOWs" for this. First is for the great selection & second is for the instant reply from two of the major spammers currently on UA-cam. "Todd" & "Ximer Tracks" need to be reported as spam to UA-cam. I have no idea why YT isn't shutting these people or bots down.
I report them All THE TIME!
Hollywood Records was the easy listening arm of the Aladdin/Score labels, which had some VERY collectible & rare R&B albums by figures such as Amos Milburn, Lloyd Glenn & the Five Keys. It's very, very hard to find these labels in anything approaching playable shape.
I love these 'budget' records. I have a very nice early 60's Magnavox console in the living room so at parties I stack a bunch of these and they are just perfect for background, plus people love that the music is coming from the old records as opposed to some 'app'. I dont have a copy of this one but I am pretty sure Ive seen it before.
You are a lucky man. The sound of any 1960's Magnavox console is stunning!
Cool, thanx!
1960s 1970s orchestral dance is my favorite. I am interested in the Seeberg 1000 record you were planning on selling on Etsy, let me know.
Sure, it will be up soon :)
Electra Fox is there a way I could pm you the sale link so others don’t buy it first by seeing a public link
@@Fardemark no need to worry I just purchased it. I'm located in Michigan. I notified you about it in my 78 RPM Fox channel.
Cool Thanks :)
Originally released in 1956.
I have this same record with the same cover art, but with completely different songs! How odd.
my favorite music archive are seebrug cool sound s
Finally got a chance to rest & review this great installment. Played it earlier when I was out working in the back yard & left my short message then. Now that I have a minute or 26, I noticed you used a Spin Cleaner. Fantastic device. Do you use a stock cleaning solution? I've been using the Kodak Photo-Flo recipe (100ml 99% Rubbing Alcohol, 900ml Distilled Water, 6ml of Photo-Flo 200). Works great, dries nice! You can also spray it on the record, if not too dirty & just wipe clean with a microfiber cloth. I do try my best to keep it off the label, just in case. Had a bad experience with an old Recordio disc. Been cautious since. Regards!
No I have not done that yet. I have used photo flo for my home darkroom where I make prints and develop negatives using xtol it’s a lot of fun :)
Getting a Johnny Costa vibe on track two. 4:02
Fardemark: What Seeburg video contains the song you used for the intro?
The newest intro is a Syd Dale Track From the KPM Background music library
@@Fardemark I'm not surprised it's Syd Dale. Thank you.
