This is better than any of that lofi stuff. It's time to bring back orchestral dance music, like this.

I have several Enoch light records,
The music, the recording mixing and mastering is just absolutely amazing on these discs
The roaring 20's 16 greatest hits is my favourite love that that record since I was 6 years old I'm 57 now.
    Thanks for the memories Dad

I discovered a few Enoch Light Brigade records at a yard sale 30 years ago and it changed my life forever.

Wow. This really takes off after the first half of Side 1. Wide stereo separation too.

Love lights wacky "Spaced out" album.
Had that same table in all woodgrain and it was the best conventional turntable I ever heard of! Beautifully made - pretty, and worked amazing. Got stolen in the 90s. Ended up with a Sony high end linear tracking unit that tracks the grooves better, but my god the Sony is just a box. No class for looks.

Those Enoch Light productions were impeccable for their time utilizing 35 mm film for sound recording as opposed to magnetic tape or direct to disc cutting. They would be a gold standard in the recorded arts for decades. They still sound fantastic now.

How did you get interested in instrumental Seeburg style music? I like it because its relaxing and enjoyable!

Well I found out about the format about 13 years ago and got hooked. It has such a different sound compared to any LP out there. Plus I always loved instrumental stuff ever since I was a child. :)

@@Fardemark I know of Seeburg music thanks to a little UA-camr named Techmoan. I started listening to Seeburg uploads on YT, discovered the Seeburg Online Radio show, and the rest was history... 😉

This is the kind of melodies that today's youth cannot appreciate.

This sounds so snob to be honest. Music evolves and people's taste evolves with it. It's just not good faith to generalize like this, especially considering how many times people can change their music taste during their life, possibly also towards something more like this. Maybe it's not that youth cannot appreciate this music: maybe youth is not even given the chance to get to know this kind of music and decide for themselves. Instead of coming here and writing a comment like yours, just go and make your sons/nephews/little friends listen to this and allow them to decide for themselves if they like it.
