May the force BEE with you !
🤭1st thing you want to do is take some deep breaths and calm the beekeepers down.😂It's great to see new beekeeepers excited about their bees.👍They look like they are doing well. Thanks for sharing, Blessed Days...
Wow , this was super cool ! This is the most informative information on beehives that I’ve seen. It’s clear and not confusing as you have presented it. I just learned so much more from this video than any other source I’ve encountered…and I’m 75 years young so I’ve seen a few sources. It certainly makes it extra special because it’s at Fluffy Feather Farm……y’all were fantastic! Thank you for taking the time to share with us like this ❤️❤️❤️❤️
When we started this, there was a lot of very detailed information that was confusing so I wanted to make videos that were very clear and concise. I know I’m missing a lot of details but I didn’t wanna overwhelm people with information. Who wanted to get started.
@@fluffyfeatherfarm I suspect that everyone is in agreement with me that y’all have figured out how to best present informative videos…….plus I know everyone just enjoys seeing you in your element….huge Bravo from me 👏👏👏❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Oh, I love this, it's like The Angels Share when distilling whisky. 😁
Wow fascinating
Life ain't boring at fluffy feather farm 🐝🐝🐝🐝❤
Awesome to watch, thank you for showing us all how to take care of the bees and their honey.
💖💖💖💖
How amazing are bees!!!! And you guys have bees!! Two big hives!!!! Like the last commenter I learned so much from this video anddddd I wasn’t straining the brain to understand! You made it fun and educational! Thanks Adam and Micheleen. And special thanks to snack man for the videography! You deserve a special snack cuz you did a great job! Love you guys!!!
So awesome🤗I learned so much from this video 🤗
Fascinating and don’t forget to thank the bees!
Wow! This was awesome. I can't have bees but I know how important they are so I try to protect them when I see them. They literally help create a lot of our food through pollination. I learned so much from this video. Thank you.
I am really enjoying learning about the different things you do and have around the farm. Thank you for sharing.💜💚
You are very welcome thanks for watching
Man, is there anything you guys can’t do? Great educational video. Thank you!
Interesting..thank you Adam.
I have a feeling that that honey 🍯 is going to be super delicious because they have a lot of a variety of different foods around them… I can’t wait to see the final product… Thank you, Adam and Mike for such informative and fascinating video… 🙏🏼♥️🙏🏼♥️🙏🏼♥️
I am really excited to try it. I can’t wait to see how it turns out.
Oh, that is awesome! I’ve always wanted to have a bee hive, biggest issue is we have like 200 days a year over 100°. 30% of those are over 110° and probably 75 of what’s left are over 115°, nothing grows. We even have artificial grass in our yard. I live in Arizona’s desert. I’m hopeful that yesterday was the last day, this year, over 100°. It could be so much worse though, I’m thankful that heat is the only issue.
This last stretch of record breaking temps was 21 days I think. I know people do have hives here in the desert as I see the boxes in the desert when I get on the highway. Im sure they have had to modify the process to fit the environment
Yes, I’m not sure if there is a certain type of bee that would be appropriate for your climate… what’s funny about your comment is I thought for a second? It said that it’s so hot here… I can’t even get the artificial grass to grow which made me chuckle and then I reread it… 😂😂😂😂
Congratulations on building a successful, ethical life which I hope will continue upwards on what I perceive is your goal for sustainable living with an enriching life for your sons to continue as grown men. I'm envious and probably one of many living vicariously through you :) You'll be a pair of old codgers one day, passing on the knowledge to grandchildren.
11:15 "I can just pop you in the face" ....creative solutions at Fluffy Feather Farm! 😂 Great video, I learned something new. Thank you ❤🐝🐝🐝🐝
🤦🏻♂️ oh Michael… 😂😂😂
This is unbelievably amazing! So informative thank you so much. You guys have done a wonderful job on that farm! I so enjoy your videos. It really lifts me when I’m feeling down. You guys should do tours! I would love to walk around your farm and see everything you have! you’re living my dream! I couldn’t do it, but I sure can live vicariously through you guys! Great, great work!
Very cool and love the information.
Fyi. The sad part about people who use companies that spray
for mosquitos, the spray also kills bees, ladybugs, etc.
Please be responsible so we can keep our "bees" happy and safe.
🐝❤🐝❤
That’s so interesting. For years I heard the smoke causes them to become kind of sedated and they just “flop” where they are and wake up a bit later. I always worried about what if there were ones that didn’t wake up. I feel so much smarter now.❤
Bee care🐝 BE on the
l👀kout
Great video! Those bees seem very happy.
So educationally exciting. I am going to have my daughter watch, she has always been fasionated by bees. My kitchen is all bees, I love them. They make me believe everything is OK. My front yard has huge half round lavender bushes, and they just swarm them all day.
Super interesting, thank you for sharing!!
Bee safe, Bee have, Bee careful, Bee good, Bee kind and spread the Bee love, as you guys already bee. ❤❤❤❤ 😂😂
I never knew what was behind the smoking. Great explanation! Thanks!
Very cool, thanks for sharing all the great knowledge!!
Bee safe 😅
Oh lord 😂 “bee relaxer in the smoke”🤣😂 no Punkin Adam, you are not tranquillizing them! I can just see the bee addicts swarming around your smoker🐝🐝🐝 🤪 I really want a small honey hive❣️🥰
So cool thanks 😊
This is so fascinating!
*Wow,Fascinating bee 🐝 Vlog 🐝🐝💯*
Very interesting!
Expresso maker calms me down as well but the coffee scent. 😂😂😂😂
😂😂😂😂😂
Beeeeeutful! Great video!
Thank you!
So cool ❤❤❤
Fascinating! Thanks for sharing!
Bee-careful❤
Boy those bee suits are clean! We also use pine needles in our smoker. We watch for queen cells. If they are creating queen cells, they may be getting ready. The sound of a swarm is awesome. If possible, we stand and watch. If their first land is low enough, we fetch them...being careful of the queen. We always have an empty hive to put them in. I feel bad for the drones. I our area in November, "Toodles dudes...we are not sharing our food. Thanks for everything."
This is our first year with bees, so that’s why our suits are so clean… 😂😂😂😂
@@fluffyfeatherfarmof course! At the end of season, I soak my husband's suit in a 5 gallon bucket with strong detergent & a bit of bleach. I do this before washing in our machine... removes propolis better.
Can't wait for next bee video
Pretty neat stuff!!! Do you have any plans with the beewax? Candles??? Soap??? Lipbalm??? 🐝🐝🐝
Michaleen is lovely... And of course, you and Mike are great too!!!
At this point, I’m nervous enough just to be able to figure out how to extract the honey so no I haven’t thought about candles or anything else yet… 😂😂😂😂
@fluffyfeatherfarm Lol... I'm sure that you'll do great!!! Michaleen seems very knowledgeable... I'm excited to see the next videos as I've never watched how honey is "made"... I'm assuming this will be raw honey??? Do you know if the wax is something that can be saved, as in preserved for the future, or does it go bad??? Are there any farms, shops, etc that could use your bee wax so it doesn't go to waste??? I would think that a candle is pretty easy, though... Scrape off the wax, melt it, get a container for a candle, place a wick, pour the melted bee wax, add a scent if desired, let it harden... That's my guess... Might be something fun for the boys to try... Yes, all four of you... 😁😁😁
Oh... do you have apple trees??? I don't recall...
I know... sooooo many questions!!! Hehehe...
Thanks for taking the time to read and respond... Many creators don't... I appreciate the fact that you do!!! 🥰🥰🥰
Love this video! What deterimes a bee to be a Queen Bee? Is it born to be a queen or is it like some other living beings where it is fought out?
OK, I have to be honest. I am not quite sure but I think the answer is that there are only certain ones that can become queen bees and if there is a queen missing one of those will take on the responsibility. But I’m gonna have to do some research and really understand it better.
I always wanted to be a 🐝 beekeeper. However I I don’t think my HOA would approve. I always plant flowers 🌺 for the 🐝
I want to raise bees now!
Great video. I didn't know any of this. I spent my lunch break from school being educated.
Awe that’s awesome! Thanks for watching!
Challenge: Adam and Mike must wear these suits in 3 upcoming videos of their choice, that have nothing to do with bees.
😂😂😂😂😂😂
More Michalea!
I call it the clicker since it makes a clicking sound.
Adam, you mean y'all are sweating y'all's BEE-HINDS off?!😂💖🥰
P.S. It would have been nice had you Asked the Bees, "SMOKING OR NON?"😉❤🤭
Is anyone that either lives or works on the Farm there allergic to Bees? I hope not. But EPI-PENS on-hand for the win, just in caaaaase.🐝💕😁
Omg how did I miss these jokes?!?!?! 😂😂😂 no one is allergic but we do have one just in case
@@fluffyfeatherfarm 🤣💖💖💖
YAAY!
