I am from Hyderabad and I remember watching this interview on TV in an office cafeteria while working in Chennai in 2004. This interview greatly influenced me. I remembered this interview for so many years and here I am watching again in 2018. She is brave, self controlled and look at the way she retorts to media questions. Hats off to her.

Whether Karan was being mean or rude, it doesn't matter. The questions were political in nature, and not personal; that's what matters. The fact remains this kind of interview was possible back then.
