The Wii one at 1:25 is honestly the best one, the music was great during the scene which made it even more intense and the scream of Mario's name from peach during the scene honestly made chills down my spine it's way better than the others in my opinion.

The ds and wii bosses are super nostalgic for me. I got both consoles when I was about five or six and I remember beating mario bros ds’s final boss at about six years old. I love these two games so much and they have to be my favorite out of all of the final bosses
The console versions definitely have a more cinematic feel to them. Better lighting, colors, stylization, etc. Even the music choice too, especially for Wii.

SMB.3 had themes with the areas like Super Mario World and the NSMB games. (Fun fact I guess? Super Mario World was originally SMB.3 ported to the SNES. Either they modified it or just started a new cartridge with inspiration, I forgot.) Super Mario World added a new helping character, Yoshi. They kept the Koopalings, but very much differentiate from their SMB.3 predecessor. Yes, they are similar following the main formula of the main original title, but they have big and barely noticable differences. I feel like if it was one NSMB game, all would be good, because the other ones just feel too similar in my opinion. (Sorry if this was long. TL;DR, old games have slight differences, the NSMB games feel like copy cats of eachother besides the original. Same formula, different games and tiny features.)

Couldn't she just fight off Bowser herself? -If this dude keeps capturing you, why do you let him and his entire family into Mario kart and other sports competitions??? I don't get Mario sometimes.

The first 2 brought back my most golden memories from when I was 2-4 years old now I’m 10 and everytime I watch it I start to tear up because Mario is my entire childhood and I still love them till this day

I may be saying this cuz of nostalgia, but the wii version is by far the best boss fight in the series. The first time bowser got big, stellar sound design, the music is amazing, and getting chased by bowser, dodging his fireballs, trying not to fall in the lava and navigating the stage as it gets torn to shreds is so stressful and scary.

I may be saying this cuz of nostalgia, but the wii version is by far the best boss fight in the series. The first time bowser got big, stellar sound design, the music is amazing, and getting chased by bowser, dodging his fireballs, trying not to fall in the lava and navigating the stage as it gets torn to shreds is so stressful and scary.
