I live in searcy! They recently painted the black house white ironically, but yes searcy in my opinion is a great place to live and im really happy here. I recommend casa brava for a good restaurant.
The theater was built in the 1920s, but the façade you see with the neon dates to a 1960s remodel, and was renovated again very recently when the property was acquired by the city.
