Hi Denis, thanks for watching and commenting. There's a small set screw at the 12 o clock position as shown in the diagram. It's the screw that holds in the nozzle. If you screw it down, the screw will start to impede the stream of water, flattening out the pattern and shortening the distance it shoots.
Hi Justine, I couldn't find a published minimum radius, but the literature says that you can reduce it by 50%, which means you can probably get it down to 15 - 17'.
Usually when they stop rotating, it's time to replace. Or maybe there's not enough flow or pressure to the head. They definitely have minimum requirements. I'm not sure how the heads are packaged now, maybe you have to buy the tool separately. If you buy them from a professional supply house, they'll probably give you one. Thanks for watching!
The installers of our KRain Super Pro system turned one head completely off. Do you know how I can get it turned back on? (Installers are unavailable for contact.)
Hi Wendy! If you look on the top of the head, there's a place to put a small flat head screwdriver and turn the head back on. I know it's hard to see the markings on the top, but it will give arrows and say on - off.
Great video. Thank you!! How do I adjust the spray pattern - much of the water over -hoots areas of the lawn?

Could I set these to a 15’ ratios? Thank you

Mine is not rotating... Why? And should the head have come with the adjustment tool? I don't have one.
