Made MMA fighters cry follow him on Facebook such a wise guy when it comes to training been a huge fan since 2009 I used to get tapout magazine and would do his workouts and they were tough but made me tougher than shit
Yes!!! I was writing for TapOut when it was originally called BODYGUARD magazine! I have a WHOLE story as to HOW I started writing for them and why I STOPPED! Serious story that we Must share next time!!!
This guy is a lot of fun, I like to do the same things when I am warming up or building up to a certain set where I will constantly change grips or change my stance just so I feel that I am ready for when it gets heavy and I can't really adjust but have to adapt
Loved Zach’s stuff when I was doing bjj and rugby. He was awesome with blending the best of all worlds. Kettlebells, calisthenics, barbell, strongman, golden age bodybuilding; it didn’t matter if it worked he did it
Ill go to prison to make kids strong. Hahahaha. Great. This makes me wanna get out and run jump and work. My back is finally getting back to normal. So excited to get back to it. So hard to go slow and steady but a small step forward is better then a small step back
I miss you already! This was TOO Fun!!! Thank you again for the visit and brotherhood!
Zac is a good dude.

Hey coach joe, since your in Pennsylvania have you heard of Thomas Devitro and his gym. He is my former squad leader and a amazing motivator

“We’re gonna start a gym, it’s called guy heaven” “you wanna be able to do 40 pushups or be able to lift an atlas stone ?!”
Question, do you increase weight as you move through the set? Or peak half way then taper to lighter weight last rep.
