    Which yeat did you use? In the beginning you said active then later on you said quick acting (instant). I am told that if you use active yeast you have to bloom it. Great outcome by the way. Thank you.

    Too much salt. I'd reduce the salt by half. Especially if using salted butter already. I tried it but it was too salty. Plus should it have been 3 tablespoons of sugar and not teaspoons? What you used there looks more then 3 teaspoons.
    Thanks for the recipe -I'll have to make it again with adjustments.

      Fahrenheit, you can never set an oven to 350 celsius, almost all retail ovens cap around 500° fahrenheit
