A Hay Queens Dream Team!!! This summer we have Partnered with @MasseyFergusonNorthAmerica . From the smooth ride of the 5S.145 HP Deluxe Cab Tractor to the Heavy Duty Built 1842S Small Square Baler made for a Commercial Hay Operation. The 1842S may look similar to the 1840S that we have been baling with since 2016 - - but this new design was made for the commercial hay guys (and gals!!) - from the bigger frame to the heavier fly wheel & Chains - you can gain 20% more capacity over the 1840s Model
Jason and I will be at Farm Progress Show 2023 in Decatur, IL.

Kayla very informative video. I liked when you and Jason talked about the MF 5S-145 and how that helped your operations during a hard drought season. You have in other videos explained how you left your fiance carer and followed your heart into being a female farmer, wife, and mom. The Queen has left the plaice with wine and roses for dirt, sweat, hay, and dog water. You chose the better. I hope there is a MF 5S-145 in your future. Thank you for inviting us to sit in the virtual buddy seat. I will not see you and Jason this year, maybe next year in Boone. I am from West Des Moines. Back then it was 15,000 people. Now it has grown past I-35 into other counties. Be safe and may you be blessed.
It’s nice to see Massey Ferguson getting back in the market, when I was growing up it was Ford, Farmall, John Deere, Case, Allis Chalmers. Massey Ferguson was a small tractor. They didn’t have any equipment either back then. The new Massey Ferguson is sharp looking and has a lot more options.

Kayla, have you ever considered tinting your windows in your cab on your Massey Ferguson? Great video it’s always nice watching videos were farmers explain the pros and cons of their equipment. Thank you for sharing.
Love the reverse fan . Bush hogging also in pastures always stops up the radiator and runs hot . God Bless !!!

My first tractor was a 5020 John Deere about 140 h p with out a turbo. The wheel base was longer. A strong work horse. My 4010 and 4020 tractors I have now and my old balers do what I need.
Love that tractor. Wish I had that when I was working hay. Keep us updated on a calendar coming out. Wouldn't mind seeing you in one of those ####### calendars ether!!!

Sounds like you have pretty much made up your minds about keeping the Massey. I hope that it works out for you all cause it sounds like it has a lot of great features that work well with what you want.
Does the 5s come in higher hp or do you have to go to the 6s.

I’ll be at Farm Progress show Next week in Decatur, Il. But not sure yet where else I’ll be at right now. Probably NATL Farm Show come February too.

I have a massey ferguson 1740M do you know who has a rear remote kit for it I called my dealer part's man said he would have to look up each part he wanted 700 dollars for each remote thanks for your help

Yes; for now anyway. We wash (I jus don’t always take time to video it / or the boys are doing the pressure washing while I do something else odd.
Does your Massy baler weigh each bale?
No it does not - we don’t not have that option setup right now.
