I’m worried about the security like the place where the house is located is it safe at night and for the house is it safe like u can’t lock it from inside from a key plus idk but can that key open any door 😂I’m serious and for the owner he doesn’t have a spare key
@@sulimansuliman2104 really depends what you want. but if you book on airbnb. you need at least 500 USD. if you rent longterm it will be a lot cheaper though
Please I’ve never used airbnb before but can someone pls help me out because I’m stuck in my head asking myself if that cost per month has the electro bill included or excluded ?
hey usually the cost of all the utilities (water, electricity, heating) is included when booking airbnb. if its not usually the host will let you know in the airbnb listing. otherwise just ask him. some places in batumi charged extra for electricity. bust most places the utility costs are included in the price
Hi, we are 4 person about to travel georgia in upcoming week. We are planning to stay there for 4-5 days or max 1 week. Can you please tell me the hotel cost in that case as 250 is very reasonable for a month.
hey Monty. For 4 people this apartment would be to small. you can check out some apartments here in Tbilisi: bit.ly/3hwr60I for 4 people. For 4 people for a week in an apartment I think the cheapest option will be $100 USD per week. if you pay more of course the quality will be a lot better
@M J jeah I also saw some places that are at such low costs. but usually they are quiet old. but if you wanna budget I think its fine! Have you come across places where the fee is ridiculously cheap? like 10-50 USD per month. I wonder if those are just mistakes from the host and it will be canceled
@@depressedguy495 that might be hard. you can check out myhome.ge and look for daily rents. but lower then 5 USD per day will be hard www.myhome.ge/en/s/?AdTypeID=7&SortID=3&FCurrencyID=1&FPriceTo=5
@M J jeah if you check out myhome.ge there are shortterm rentals too. but I havent tried booking something there yet. airbnb is just super convienent and if something happens you are insured and the support is also very helpfull. but if you want something for 6 months or longer I think myhome.ge is the place to go. maybe getting some help from an georgian friend would be good though

@M J I found it online. Its not to bad, I will think about it in the future. Are you sure its cheaper than Thailand? In Thailand you can get proper apartments with small kitchen / washing machine for 300 USD. And those goshiwon places have shared kitched it seems?

hey check this link if its available right now: www.airbnb.de/rooms/35940880 maybe you can make a deal with the owner outside of airbnb for a better price if its longterm. otherwhise you should check out myhome.ge for good deals.

@@benchoflemons398 Sorry to tell you but your answer is utter nonsense. Georgia is not in America. I could also say "well, the USA are so cheap compared to Monaco. Living there must be a bargain." but that doesn't make Monaco a part of the USA. The Georgian prices do not care about America. If you pay 50% of a good Georgian income for an apartment in which there's only one room and in which you almost can't move, it is simply not an appropriate price.
@M J Airbnb in Tbilisi is usually in a normal central European price range which is way too high for Georgia. I can not recommend using it. Also Airbnb is generally always more expensive because of high fees.
@M J You don't get a 230 Euro place per se for 270 on Airbnb, that's just a wild guess from you. By far most of the homes on airbnb exceed 270 a month. There is no reason to search for something like that on airbnb. It is a waste of time.

Ooh that is small but is a gem for backpackers and trekkers.
I’ve been watching a lot of Tbilisi videos today, and am shocked at how clean the streets all are. Hoping to get there this year some time.
