The sailor dog is so cute! Love the bunnies too. Maybe you could use the carrot fabric for a tiny quilt for the tiny bunny. If you can't find a ditsy print for her dress, you could choose a solid and add some really pretty trims. She is tiny 😘. You poor thing - hope you get rid of the shingles soon 😊 Our government here in Australia has just made the shingles vaccination free for everyone over the age of 60 so we’re both having ours soon! I need to thank you greatly too - just recently I’ve had some bouts of anxiety and it has been very hard some days. ( Heavens knows why as I have a blessed life and a wonderful family) However, last week after watching your trip to Buxton I started to feel excitement and began to feel more relaxed ☺️ I’ve continued on to feel so much better and have had a wonderful week - back to my usual self 😊 so bless you for that prod in the right direction xx

So sorry about your shingles. I had it about 10 years ago. I recently got the first dose of my shingles shot and I got a little itchy but certainly not as bad as shingles. Love your show even though I don’t crochet. I also watch Karen.

Wow! Everything you showed was wonderful! Sorry you weren’t feeling well. There are vaccinations for shingles and I have had them. Fingers crossed I don’t get shingles. I know it is miserable. I was wondering your progress on the Rico make along. Sadie is adorable. I loved making the life preserver 🛟 2024 was supposed to be a cross stitch year for me, but then I started charity toys making one for each day of the year, so maybe 2025 will be cross stitch heavy. I want to do cross stitch advent pieces to add to a felt board/calendar.

Oh dear Jeanette I really sympathise with you. I have had Shingles three times no w. Al l in the same place. Over the top of my head across my eye and over the corner of my mouth. And wenhat surprises me is that the last one was two years after my vaccination. I just think I am just susceptible to it . I cannot blame chickenpox apart from the fact that I had them as a child. Look after yourself xxxxx

Dear Jeanette I am sorry to hear that you have had shingles again. My husband had the vaccination for shingles and evidently you can still get it but the symptoms are not as bad. I love Sadie. I agree entirely that when you are not feeling the best crochet pattern hunting is a great way to recover. I hope that you feel better and better every day and look forward to seeing you next week. I went into Worthing in Sussex today with my daughter and bought 8 patterns. Love all your makes. I’m doing the mouse along to and I’m going to make a felt mouse tomorrow. I live in Canada and it's a standard vaccine for anyone 50 and it's 90% effective against shingles. Maybe you could inquire with your doctor to see if it's available for you. Hope you feel better very soon.

If your like a simple drawstring bag there is a lot of patterns on Etsy. You could also look up on UA-cam for a drawstring bag tutorial. I’d never heard of her before, but then I’m not into all these designer cloths, I prefer simple Marks and Sparks. Lol lol
I get cold sores terribly. My Dr prescribed L-Lysine. I take it daily and I rarely get cold sores any more. It is heaven. Hope you feel better soon.

Wow! Everything you showed was wonderful! Sorry you weren’t feeling well. There are vaccinations for shingles and I have had them. Fingers crossed I don’t get shingles. I know it is miserable. I was wondering your progress on the Rico make along. Sadie is adorable. I loved making the life preserver 🛟 2024 was supposed to be a cross stitch year for me, but then I started charity toys making one for each day of the year, so maybe 2025 will be cross stitch heavy. I want to do cross stitch advent pieces to add to a felt board/calendar.
Unfortunately I’m not a fan of cross stitch but I love the look.

Yes it’s all connected to the chickenpox virus. I had them as a child so I’m guessing I’m susceptible to them

Oh dear Jeanette I really sympathise with you. I have had Shingles three times no w. Al l in the same place. Over the top of my head across my eye and over the corner of my mouth. And wenhat surprises me is that the last one was two years after my vaccination. I just think I am just susceptible to it . I cannot blame chickenpox apart from the fact that I had them as a child. Look after yourself xxxxx
Oh Lynne I’m sorry to hear you’ve had them so many times. I believe you can still catch them after the vaccination but not as bad.

Dear Jeanette I am sorry to hear that you have had shingles again. My husband had the vaccination for shingles and evidently you can still get it but the symptoms are not as bad. I love Sadie. I agree entirely that when you are not feeling the best crochet pattern hunting is a great way to recover. I hope that you feel better and better every day and look forward to seeing you next week. Sorry to hear that you’ve not been well but glad you’re feeling better now. I’ve been feeling sick and tired this week but feeling better now. I went into Worthing in Sussex today with my daughter and bought 8 patterns. Love all your makes. I’m doing the mouse along to and I’m going to make a felt mouse tomorrow. I’ve also made two frogs in felt that were kits from cool crafting . Have a good weekend and hope you get lots of crafting in xx❤

Hi Jeanette, I'm so sorry you have the shingles again. No one could blame you for taking it easy on yourself while you are suffering. I'm not sure if your national health covers the Shingrix vaccine. I live in Canada and it's a standard vaccine for anyone 50 and it's 90% effective against shingles. Maybe you could inquire with your doctor to see if it's available for you. Hope you feel better very soon.

Thank you so much for your well wishes. Unfortunately I never use a pattern for my bags, I just make them up as I go. If your like a simple drawstring bag there is a lot of patterns on Etsy. You could also look up on UA-cam for a drawstring bag tutorial. Please feel free to get in touch if you need any help once you’ve got started.
