M&M'S Cookie Dough

  • Loaded with M&M Minis, this quick and easy treat is for everyone who loves to eat cookie dough.
    Prep Time: 10 minutes
    Cook Time: 10 minutes
    Total Time: 20 minutes (+ 30 minutes chilling time)
    Makes: 8 servings
    Ingredients:
    1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    Pinch salt
    1/4 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
    1/2 cup packed brown sugar
    2 tbsp milk
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    2 tubes (50.2 g each) M&M’s Mini Milk Chocolate
    Instructions:
    1. Preheat oven to 350˚F. Spread flour on parchment paper-lined baking sheet; bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly toasted. Let cool completely. Whisk together flour and salt; sift to remove any lumps.
    2. Using electric mixer, beat together butter and sugar until light and fluffy; beat in milk and vanilla. Stir in flour mixture until fully combined.
    3. Fold in M&M’s Mini Milk Chocolate. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Roll 2 tbsp dough into ball; repeat with remaining dough. To serve, divide among 8 cups.
    Tip: For peanut butter cookie dough, beat in 2 tbsp smooth peanut butter.
