Vader didn't focus on Jar-Jar, probably didn't even care if he was there or not. And I doubt Vader just got mad at Obi Wan, he was probably furious that he had to see a time when everything was perfect. A distant memory of a time that Anakin once loved. Seeing what life was like before Vader was born.

I don’t really like the way Vader is portrayed in these comics. He’s constantly lashing out, violent to the point of stupidity, and often gets manipulated and outplayed by his opponents. In the original trilogy, Vader was ruthless and evil, but in a cold way. “More machine, now, than man.” He was clever. He could out-fox his opponents, as well as overwhelm them with strength. The Vader of the original series wouldn’t have destroyed the mural in a childish rage. He would’ve looked at it for several long moments, then, after he had convinced himself that it meant nothing to him, he would’ve continued on as if the people depicted had died a thousand years ago. The way he lashes out at anything that reminds him of his past is more Kylo Ren. Just my thoughts.
Imagine if Kylo Ren was in cloud city for episode 5, instead of Vader. He'd be slashing at everything in the lunchroom just cause they didn't make his mac and cheese taste like his mommy's.

Ahmed Johnson said in an interview that JarJar _is_ him. Yes, it was a created character, but it was based on the real life personality of Ahmed, himself.
Vader destroyed that picture for 5 reasons. 1. Padme was in it. Which reminded him of her death and his depression and struggle of his loss of her and how he thought he could have saved her when he was seduced by the dark side. Which leads me to my second reason. 2. Palatine was in it. He was the one responsible for turning him to the dark side, ruining his life, taking him as his slave and replacing him in a heavy, excruciatingly painful robotic suit for him to stay in for the rest of his life, ever since he found him burning on Mustafar. Which leads me to my third reason. 3. Obi Wan was in it. He was his enemy. He was the one who sliced of his limbs and left him to burn on Mustafar. He was the one who turned Padme against him which ultimately lead to her death. He was the one who Vader wanted to kill the most, besides the Emperor, which was the only thing keeping him living. His anger and revenge towards Obi Wan. His former master who taught him since he was a youngling. Which leads me to my fourth reason. 4. Anakin was in it. Vader saw Anakin or his past former self as weak, which he hated very much. He killed his past self, which leads me to my fifth and final reason. 5. The whole thing reminded him of the past which he so desperately tried to escape but never could because of how much it angered, saddened, haunted and tormented him. And he never really did escape it because of his depression of his mother and Padme, his anger towards Obi Wan and his hatred for the Emperor for destroying his life and what could of had. A happy family, which he never got. And he only redeemed himself in his last moments, finally defeating the Emperor, bringing the Anakin out in him which he embraced and proving himself worthy as a Jedi master, while having one last moment with his son before going out in peace with his friends and loved ones. Vader is a very complex Character and that's why he's one of my favorites. He may of been a villain but he was always a hero and he finally became one in the end.
