Wow ... thanks for valuable video. I haven't had real experience on AFM, so I realy able to broaden my knowledge & have a clear picture about the process
5 years in and these videos still help me know what I’m doing when I walk into the lab. Did a simulation experiment or SEM and AFM last week and we had no idea what we were doing. Tomorrow I’m going to walk into the laboratory and tell the others “Yeah, see that? That’s the microscope from the sims. The top bit is the actual head of the scope and it’s gonna come right off so we can secure the sample. Oh you think that’s cool? Just wait till we process it mathematically. It’s gonna look rad.” Mfs gonna wonder how I went from clueless to ekshpert in a day lmao
If I had a job like this, I'd totally troll the camera crew. Have like a fake alarm setup, then when it goes off be all like "Oh, god. No, no, no, no!" Then start panicking and run out into the hall and scream, "Everyone evacuate! We have a code Omega! Get the hell out!" Then have everyone run out of the building screaming.
The diameter of kapok fiber is of the order of 30 micrometer-50 micrometer and there are some nanoscaled wrinkles on the surface of micro-scaled fibers. I have used some physical and chemical treatments to modify the surface of kapok fiber(to increase surface roughness). AFM can be used for imaging at nano-scale order. How can I study the surface morphology of kapok fiber at nano scale order using AFM??
How the reflectivity of various materials used to make cantilever affect the oxide growth rate during local anodic oxidation? Can it be due to the amount of current flow
Excellent video. Thanks. Beautiful nano silver islands imaged by AFM. Can you please share the name of the free software used to treat AFM images. Many Thanks.
100 years from now we'll hopefully have left behind all this fake science, in 100 years we will be laughing at how ppl believed in the Atomic Model, like ppl literaly thought there were these tiny lil balls with "electrons" flying around in a "cloud of possibility" hahahaha.
Hi,great video! l have a question about a problem i have encountered,in our lab we have an AFM NT-MDT ,it doesn't operate the landing no matter what we tried, what can be the possible problem? l would really appreciate it if you help me out on this one!
This is genuinely a phenomenal video, perfectly presented in a very engaging way
Who shot the video, Michael Ballhaus? I am waiting for Joe Pesci to show up.
The depth of knowledge you put in a simpler way is really on another level... Thanks a lot
Thank you, my AFM training is scheduled wednesday. I watched this so that I'm not completely lost when I go in there.
so how did it go ?
@@konstantinoskaliviotis1066 I'd say pretty well since I'm almost done with my Ph.d.

This is the best video on AFM. Great explanation.
Thank you, madam, wonderfully explaination how to handle the AFM instruments. I really impressed with your lecture.
🔥🔥🔥 These fires came while listening 🎧
i am so happy to get a taste of this instruments working .
Thank you, madam, wonderfully explaination how to handle the AFM instruments.
Thank you for sharing your knowledge on AFM!
Very Nice video that is well presented. Thank you!

Bro got some wild imagination 😂
And that's why you don't have this job.
Good information and the way present that practical amazing. Thanks mam
Thank you for sharing this wonderful video.
Thanks for the AFM training directly from laboratory.
Marvelous, thank you indeed.
Amazing! , nice demonstration. Thank you for sharing.
Thanks a lot for showing the use of Atomic Force Microscope
That is absolutely wild!
Thank you!
♥ From Mexico
Thank you so much for this video.
nice fast setup that looks great!
Please make more. Thank you so much for this.
wow awesome mam, well explained ,it help to get clear cut idea of AFM
Amzing explanation, thank you for keep sharing this quality of videos.
GREAT phenomenal PRESENTATION..
Thank you ma’am for detail information about AFM practical demonstration.
Awesome 👍
Thank you Ma'am for demonstration.
Awesome stuff, thank you.
Thank you very much mam for upload this video it is Very Useful For me # From India 😇😇💫💫
Thank you. From India
Such a great video, thank you!
Thank you for showing Demonstration of AFM
excellent video!
Great work. Thank you!
Very helpful introduction! Thank you!
A great video. Thank you very much
out standing work
Thank you mam for giving AFM training directly from laboratory.
Very well explained!
Thank you instrumentation of AFM

I think I fell in love.
Amazing! 🙂 Thank you for sharing.
Nice video, thanks for the knowledge.
Amazing explanation!
Thanks for this. We have this type of AFM in our lab. Can I contact you privately for training?
Excellent presentation.

I really find it interesting thank you for sharing with us
Excellent video, interesting how the screen reveals Windows XP?
Very informative video!
Thank you for the elaborate explanation. Could you please let us know which Free software you use to process the data?
You can use WSxM and Gwyddion.
Helped alot thank you❤️ m doing my thesis on AFM on bacterial samples
Awesome , did it a few days ago.
This is so cool. And just think.. 100 years from now, what will this technology be like?
100 years from now we'll hopefully have left behind all this fake science, in 100 years we will be laughing at how ppl believed in the Atomic Model, like ppl literaly thought there were these tiny lil balls with "electrons" flying around in a "cloud of possibility" hahahaha.
It’s like a microscopic, 3D google maps 😂👏👏👏😎
Absolutely.
Is this microscopy is only for the characterization of nanoparticles or bulk materials can also be treated???
Thanks for such an interesting and useful presentation mam
Why ferroelectric material is commonly used for AFM cantilever?
why not? it sounds smart and that's what's all about, the scam needs to sound convincing.
wow thats amazing
To think that we now have chip-scale cantilevers.
Just work like a groove of vinyl Record player and the needle ..
what about the sample preparation? Thanks
Hi, would u mind to share why different type of AFM cantilever tips give different reflectivity properties?
Hi,great video! l have a question about a problem i have encountered,in our lab we have an AFM NT-MDT ,it doesn't operate the landing no matter what we tried, what can be the possible problem? l would really appreciate it if you help me out on this one!
What brand is that microscope?
Excellent
Good explanation!
Thanks so much! I able to have a view on what AFM is. However, can we adjust the area size of the sample surface that we want to analyze?
Thank you very much
Great series of lectures
mam, thanks for showing live demonstration
How can i get the contact of the dr. Working on this device to ask he aome questions
awesome
Is this the best video on YT? Probably.
Mantap
Pak is iskandar
It's like hands-on on AFM
Thank you so much! really usefull :)
Thank you
Very informative. Thanks.
Good instrumental demo
thank u so much
Very interesting sir. Thank you sir
Informative vedio...thanks hrdc Gujarat university
Show the shape of protein structures compared to image from STM.
Thanks a lot maam for well explained...
Can this be done on bacteria or a virus? Can this trace RNa,DNa and mitochondria
No, because this thing is as valid as science goes as let's say, tarot cards.
Very informative video
thanksss!
Very helpful, thanks
Very informative Thank
very informative lecture madam
awsome
Hello , I have a question can you please explain me how to measure the twist angle b/w two layers using AFM or STM.
Why silicon and silver?
