I just cannot get this thing right. Bought new grinder now it is too fine and no extraction. I just want get up in the morning and make a cup of coffee, not a science project every day.
Change grinder or beans you will need to re-calibrate the grind settings. But it should not be that difficult. Just waste a few rounds of beans and you should be good. Good luck!

Would you weigh down your espresso during brewing?
Meaning measure the weight? That is done when we calibrate the machine but I don’t do it for every shot pulled.
What grinder do u use?

I am at 1+ but it depends on the beans
how many grams is your beans?
Sorry, been too long. I guess it was the standard 18gm maybe, I am not a pro and don’t measure much.
