I watch the Loon channel and Paul and the crew are awesome. Paul seems like the perfect captain- experienced, professional, and friendly. You can really see the pride Paul and the crew have in their work on Loon. While those charters are certainly for a certain financial class of guests, Paul via Blair's videos make the rest of us happy to see what life is like on a superyacht and the places they take their guests. I suppose for some people, the videos could inspire career choice as well. In fact, I even mentioned to one of my students, an engineering major to take a look at Loon's video on the engine room tour and the internet room was on that tour as well. Thanks for the tour Tristen. Well done.
I follow Loon's UA-cam videos religiously... Both yachts are beautiful, both have fantastic crew and super great captains. Good to see you Captain Tristan! We miss seeing more of you on camera.
If the owner of Loon is watching this, well done for allowing all these uploads, it would be nice to see how many charters are caused by allowing the social media content.
notice that he says: 5:40 when we bought loon. moreover since he has done a lot of the decoration. I'm pretty sure that to some extent paul owns that yacht.
@@anticat867we means the company. The owners company owns the yacht. The captain is employed to captain it. He merely has a sense of ownership as any good captain does.
@@anticat867They did not own this boat for sure! And am also sure that the actual owner is also not “owning” it either! Most likely a bank lease as an operating asset. Crew are more than eager to show it, as more business means more money for them! Just the tips on these ships is 4 digits sum. And I also suspect that their paying module includes a percentage of the charters acquired through YT reach and popularity.
Loon is the most Beautiful Super Yacht out there. Nice to see you on her Tristan. Big thanks out to Loon for letting lots of other creators on her. Cheers Loon!!!
We spent 7 full summers on St. Jean-Cap-Ferrat! Our Villa was overlooking the east side towards Monaco. I love your videos! Great crew camaraderie! You brought back wonderful memories! Our boat was moored in Beaulieu sur Mer. We often explored the entire coastline even to St Tropez. 🌺🍾🥂🌴❤️
Tristan, was great to see you on board loon. I found their channel because of algorithm when I was watching yours lots - it’s great to see yo7 back captainin* these days too!
This was a good tour. I really like the photo artwork and the selection of toys. I suspect you felt some nostalgia for AWOL. I hope you and your first mate are working on creating a little cabin boy or girl. ;-) Stay well.
Great tour and I think Captain Paul could have kept talking about Loon for a full week. Must be very positive energy for the guests when they come onboard, a warm welcome. Now, let's wait for the engine room tour by Tristan 😀
An old Navy friend of mine from the Vietnam era said once while watching missiles fire off of war ships in the gulf, "you know what those missiles firing off means? Break out the gray paint." That's what I was thinking when you were showing the staterooms and cabins. Right away I thought, "yeah break out the precision finish work on everything down to the cleaning." I"d be the guy wanting to be in command, but instead I'm cleaning something every day.
Hey guys i am a Private villa chef here on the private island of Mustique in St. Vincent and the grenadines, nice picture of the tobago keys you gave there .
Tristan , I used to watch you and the team on AWOL , I was sad when that part ended , Now I watch Paul and his team on Loon , do you miss being on board as a Captain or prefer your new venture
Captain Paul is like a Duracell bunny, in a good way. I would be much more interested in how the crew lives and less in the areas that I can't pay for anyway.
Is that the yacht that Lex Luthor uses in Zack Snyder's Justice League. Looks very similar but Luthor's yacht had the word 'Icon'. Spelled in a similar style.
Hey Tristan, thanks for a great video! I’ve got a question if I may for yourself & the wider community. I’m a certified DiveMaster, & have 5+ years of building experience and 2+ years as a plant fitter with my current employer. I’m looking at getting into the industry. But being 31 & colour blind, would this be much of a deterrent or issue with gaining employment? I understand I’ll have restrictions on my medical, but would my experience within work / diving and life be able to balance out the colour blindness?
Hmm, Captain Kirks Chair… But the Enterprises never hits rough seas… But an asteroid belt could put a bit of a damper on your day… Just Sayin’… And a big thank you to Captain Paul…
Lol....that guy nonchalantly waving his arms in front of a heavy powered door busy closing...an accident in the making. Guess he does consider arms essential.
Not really. The ship takes 12 passengers, or 50k a week per person. A hotel room in a luxury resort of the sort that these guests go to costs around 4k per day or more. For a private moving hotel with only you and your guests the cost is reasonable for people like that. And it is a LOT cheaper than buying and maintaining your own boat.
There’s a certain size when a yacht becomes a ship! And then the connection with the sea as is.. is lost! Despite all the amenities, I wouldn’t enjoy a stay on ship like this on some exotic location.. This is for sure, not a yachting experience!
who the hell would charter a yacht for 600k with a bunch of WHITE South Africans??? in a previous video they stated a price of over $1 Million hahahaha, I guess Tristan is struggling for new content lol
Enjoy your charter with the affirmative action crew. Let me know how that works out. Make sure you bring your inflatable unicorn, you’re going to need it.

Loon and crew are amazing 😃

Those enormous forward hatches are amazing. Thanks to Loon and Capt Paul for the fun tour.
Incredible video Tristan. I love Motor yacht loons YT channel. Glad to see ya on Loon there

Tightly run yacht! Nice to see another video highlighting her, her captain and crew! 👍👍
Paul is like the Gordon Ramsey of yacht captains. I mean that in a really good way. So much energy and all. Thank you Tristen! 🤗
Haha don’t think I’ve ever been compared to Gordon Ramsey 😮
I try to yell less 😂
@@CaptPaulClarke It is your style, positive and very energetic that draws the comparison. That and very nice to look at also. 😉
Yacht captains are the Paris Hiltons of captains
@@CaptPaulClarke Yep , I've yet to hear you 'F bomb' Paul , bur there's always ' off camera ' eh ? lol
Two absolutely superb Captains - wonderful!
Too cool to see the my two favorite captains together. And Loon! Just WOW as always.
Wow, that yacht and lifestyle! I will take two!!!!

Hey Tristan, great video as always, hope you and Giv are well!
Love the Loon's channel and also to have a good look inside like this!
Maybe you can feature more yachts in the future?
Amazing tour from two very nice captains. What a lovely yacht!
I’m in that office 14 hours a day everyday 😂

Cool to see the two captains together.
Wow very so nice yacht, thank you the visit
great that you met and had a great chat!
Thank you Captain Paul
What a awesome video mate, hope you get the free week onboard too 🤭🤭👍
As soon as my ship comes in, I will charter Loon I love watching you guys.
Just sayin,,, not a lot of Paul's, great name brother... LOL!!!!

Captain Paul… is a legend

Talk about living the Dream. Great to see how the other half spends their money.
Is the pool emptied when it get rough.. 👍

THANK YOU FOR THE VIEWING. FABULOUS 😍😍
Awsome, where can I get one of this vessel…!
This is so cool
The two walked down the slot canyon oblivious to the sound of thunder in the distance.
Rather than keeping the camera on the hosts, the camera person should show the features the boat.
Respect ✊🏻⚓️⚓️⚓️
Thank you giving us an idea of the costing for a week........... When I win Lotto................
Good to see Tristen again. --BAK--

He is careless though, as evidenced by him waving his arms in the path of that closing hstch door while looking in the other direction.
Nice to see.
What was the shipyard?
Shipyard was ICON
Great
Does the cost of charters really come close to the anual cost of actual running!❤❤
Hi, could you please let me know what a Portuguese Deck is. Thank you

Too Much $$$, my sensibilities wouldn't allow it. Give me a Fleming 65 or Silent Yachts 62 Tri-Deck, Fair Winds & Following Seas, No Looking Back.
What’s your thoughts on the current situation with Paul, Loon, and Past crew?

It is nowhere near £600,000 a week ffs. Do your research properly.
