This is so true. British boat builders have been doing the same layouts for 20-30 years and seem scared to moved away from them. The exception to this I would say is Fairline.
The deck, flybridge and interior spaces are nearly the same as a 70 footer. But at 56 feet, this is a single handed boat. Or a couple's liveaboard. Or a family get away. The variety of "suitable" owners are numerous. The clever aft deck accessed rear cabin is great for all sorts of overflow - water toys, fishing gear, extra guests or the "temporary home" for occasional deck and galley crew as an owner's treat on fortnight voyages. It's a winner. Thanks Absolute and Nick for the tour.
A very nice looking boat nothing crammed in just lots of useable space. Two double cabins and a twin, well thought out. Great tour as always Nick and Marrianne Thank you
That VIP cabin is brilliantly designed. Splitting the shower and the head up like that and allowing the cabin to be full beam makes it appear so much more spacious.

'Absolute-ly' wonderful. The cabins layout is vary efficient. The bow cabin fits more features than some larger boats. The flybridge is compact and more useful than many a larger space filled with waste space.
You have to love Absolute yachts, great design and layout and so much crammed in. Like that you basically have two master cabins, awesome. Great tour Nick thank you.
Very impressed with the owners cabin it flows nicely, VIP cabin is very nice too. This is a great coastal cruiser and would be fun to take on the big loop Enjoyed the tour thank you Nick
That Master Cabin is a true five-star suite. The windows are massive, allowing unparalleled views of the marina. How they would fare against hard edged flotsam in heavy weather is anybody's guess, but I suspect people who buy this boat will not be the type to risk it all on the high seas. The Absolute is all about the coastal lifestyle, bringing family and friends together with a perfect blend of class, comfort and fun. Thankyou Nick.
What a beauty!!! A real rival to both Princess and Sunseeker!!! I could spend some serious time on board! Just need the lottery win first! Thank you as always
Beautiful. Thanks for demonstrating Nick why I've never really been a big fan of pocket doors. Beautiful boat. Change the high gloss wood to matte finish and even though it has pocket doors I'll take it.😁
Very nice. Love the windows dissapearing below the level of the backrests on the seating on the main deck. Gives a really open, connected with the ocean, feel. Great windows in VIP and owners cabins too.
Lately there's been a lot of superyacht fires I'm looking at the size of that fire suppression system doesn't look that big to me the lovely boat, thanks for showing it.
Thank you for the tour Nick. It's very nice & spacious especially for a 56' boat. It's great that even the owner's daughter has room for both of her boyfriends though they might not enjoy being on the boat at the same time. 😊 I like the fact that you keep your videos real and never edit out bloopers.
It is 2023 and a few boat outfits fail to clear their vessels for a proper Aquaholic tour, horrific! Never the less nicely done as ever Nick. Enjoyed the layout on this one a lot, especially the extra storage in the back of the closet.
What a fabulous review ... I really love this boat. The configuration is really clever. I have seen some of the features in the Absolute 64, so it's great to see it replicated here. The fact that there's two really spacious cabins is a big plus. And the two smaller cabins aren't too bad either. As I've said on your channel before Nick ... come on lotto. 🙂
Great tour, as ever, Nick. What a great boat. Love the side boarding gates and side access door, why can't Sunseeker and Princess do that??? The one black mark against it is in the forward, bow cabin. It looks to me that the Television isn't central on the bulkhead, that would bug me big time. I may be wrong, but....................... 👍👍👍for the tour.
It always amazes me how, every time i look at a boat there is always something different in the design and make it unique to other boats and then another boat comes out and they are completely different again, this boat is beautiful as Italian boat building is just stunning but for me British is just the best Cheers Nick for another beautiful vid 🙂👍👍👍
Hi Nick, Absolute a brand what have those big windows in the bow. The nice and bright salon and galley below 2 suites and one twin the stunning suite or mostly the master and a very nice suite in the back and in the twin a door that goes the a extra storage space under the master also a nice crew cabine or a room for some teenagers Thanks again Nick a great show ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Beautiful boat, love the 2 big cabins and the storage space inside the small cabin closet. I've said before, i am a huge fan of the crew/overflow cabins on this size boats. Cabin or storage, got it covered. Convenient head for those playing in water. In this case, in my opinion, not really big enough for beach club, but may be able to design sea bob storage under bunk. Thanks for another great toir.
@@AQUAHOLIC I love the sea, I retired from the US Navy. I never thought I'd be so enthralled by yachts until I discovered your channel. Should I thank, or blame, you? Either way, keep being you and I'll keep loving the videos.
Really like the forward cabin layout. Absolute seem to be good at their layouts, I am still in love with the Navetta 64 trawler style yacht which looks stunning for the size of boat and has so many rooms (and same top speed as this 56). This 56 is perhaps not quite as polished looking (and slower than) a Princess F55 but maybe some options would help that, nicer fabric/leather, teak etc., and has 1 more bed with the twin overflow cabin. No doubt a bit cheaper than the Princess. The side door and doors on the side decks would be a useful feature for many I guess. It's a shame Absolute only tend to offer one engine option, as I imagine some people like a bit of speed, a 30+ knot top speed could allow good progress to be made with a late 20 knot cruise. I remember your video the other day with the speed boat race where you were doing 22 knots and that Princess (V48?) decided to lift its skirt and romp on past, it's a lovely feeling when a big boat has good power and flies along.
Oh dear Nick you are getting in a right two and eight today lol. But having said that what a gorgeous yacht love the finish and layout, as always a great tour and at least nothing got broken haha 😂 👍
I love how Nick could have taken the left path up the stairs, just needing to step over the cables but instead walked right through the ladies talking 😂 what a Chad.
Very nice yacht. Definitely a two master one, in my view, which is good. Personally, if it was my money, I would fully get rid of those aft berths and turn it into a laundry/ utility room instead.
Great tour as always Nick.👌 I was set on a Sunseeker Manhattan 55 or a Princess 55 but this has definitely put another dog in the fight. I've just got to win the Euromillions now 😂🤣

Absolut definitely are making some of my favorit yachts. And while this is obviously a redicolous amount of money I won't be able to afford, it seems fairly priced In comparison to what we see here sometimes.

Another great tour Nick. Brilliant below main deck layout. The storage under the owner's cabin via the double bunk cabin is a great feature. Never can have too much storage. Curious about the dishwasher and air conditioning - is it so equipped?
Amazing how they got three full cabins and three full heads into a 56-foot boat. The half-deck is absolute(ly) brilliant (see what I did there?). That overflow cabin would be better as a beach-club storage room, but I can't find many faults otherwise. Great tour!
Absolute seems to provide very livable, light interiors. Engine room looks pretty accessible and laid out OK. Not sure if there is ample deck storage for cleaning gear, fenders and dock lines. You did not mention if the swim platform is hydraulic up and down -- what kind of dinghy can it handle? Enjoyed the video.
That's a really amazing review on this beautiful boat. Incredible layout they got this one, very impressive and elegant as well. I'm surprised this only does 27 knots (if I heard that correctly), considering it's got those D8 engines. I wonder if it's the massive weight that shows it down this much, compared to other boats that are in the very low 30-knots range? Not that it matters much, it's a really gorgeous boat. Thanks for the review, Nick!
Could you take the ViP and break it up into 2 rooms? Is there a 4 cabin version? I imagine the VIP would become the master and then the master is divided up maybe? I know the half deck is the 'main event', but I would think that Absolute would make a 4 cabin version. Maybe? The Navetta 64 Pathfinder is still my favorite with that rear bedroom. The Mercedes air vents really sell it for me.
Quick question, not like I can afford my own yacht yet, at 12:43 you said the glass is strong enough to stand on. But is that a no standing sign on the glass?
