MAXED-OUT SHROUD is it GOOD? BEST build for SHROUD in ARMOR ATTACK!!

In this video I play with the stealth bot called shroud in ARMOR ATTACK- a mobile multiplayer game, that does an insane amount of dmg with 4 medium weapons and has decent hp but is it worth leveling up?

I have a ton of resources and I really want to invest in Bastion but they seem underpowered compared to the competition. Im thinking a Jager with max Javalin for beacons and hit and run tactics. I don't think any other medium weapon is any good on bastion. Anyway if you try it let me know otherwise I'm waiting for the next update because it should be Bastions turn for a new bot.
