You need to calibrate the test parameter and then retest

You can calibrate by inserting the calibration factor or running the standard which will automatically generate the factor

If the randox reagent Is for a semi analyser the the programming instructions will be on the instructions manual
But if it’s for a fully automated analyser I don’t think it will work

What Factor Can you put when you want analysis the créatinine ?

The reagents you are using and the machine to is a factor
But if you insist you can use between 20-25

You can first run you calibration and then edit it with this reference
Or run a control sample and use it to reset your factor
