Yes you can use. Kindly make sure to reduce the sample volume by half also to maintain reagent to sample ratio. In that case, you can set aspiration volume to 350 microlitre.

Creatinine ka working solution jab hum banate hai to uski shelf life bahut he kam hoti hai - karib 48 hours agar hum usse 2-8 degree celsius pe store karenge to, jiski information hume us kit ke pack insert me bhi mil jaygi. Isliye jab hum working solution morning me bana ke room temperature pe rakhte hai to uski stability compromise ho jati hai jiske wajah se results galat ho jate hai. Isliye hume afternoon me ya evening me fresh working solution banana padta hai. Isliye jab hum fresh working solution banate hai to dobara Reagent Blank aur Standard run karna padta hai aur fresh factor ko establish karna padta hai.
To, creatinine me din me 2/3 baar Reagent Blank aur Standard run karna padta hai.
Anamol ke kit me working reagent ki stability 6 months ki hoti hai agar hum usse 2-8 degree celsius pe rakhenge to isliye hamare kit me apko din me 2/3 baar Reagent Blank aur Standard run karne ki zarurat nahi hai.

No sir. Blanking should be done with reagent only as it is clearly mentioned in literature. However, if some other manufacturer mentions distilled water for blanking, you may have to follow that procedure. Generally in creatinine all kits have coloured working solution. Hence, we need to reduce this absorbance from the final absorbance so that we only get the absorbance from reaction of working solution with creatinine in sample. If we do not do it, then the absorbance of working solution will interfere with the absorbance of reaction of working solution with creatinine and it may give false high result.
is we always use blank and standard before patient serum test????
