Thank you! I've been noticing the exact same thing. Trump and MAGA keep screaming about a "rigged election" but have never provided any credible evidence. Balance this with: a) the multiple slates of fake electors, b) the recorded Trump-Raffensperger phone call, and c) former vice president Mike Pence's personal testimony that he was pressured by Trump to not recognize the true state electors in order to steal the election.

According to the reporter, Senator Kern is from a very conservative district and this indictment might help the senator. The follow up question to the reporter should be, "have Arizona conservatives adopted as part of their ideology that they are no longer subject to the rule of law?"
The reporter reminded the audience that a person indicted is, of course, presumed not guilty. Seems to me that an indictment requires law enforcement, in this case the Attorney General, to array evidence to show that there is reason to believe a crime or crimes were committed and the accused will have a chance to appear in court and mount a defense. The reporter could have reminded everyone that despite what has come out of the mouth of Senator Kern and Senator Hoffman, they'll have their day in court.
The top law enforcement official in Arizona is clearly doing her job and doing it correctly. It's the supposed conservatives(supposed because as long as I have understood conservative ideology standing up for the rule of law was a deeply held belief) who are not standing up for a conservative principle, namely the law.
A grand jury of 16 citizens voted to indict these me and their 16 co-defendants, as well as Mr. Trump, who is currently unidicted.
Criminals should be held accountable for their crimes no matter what political party they belong to. More importantly Elected Officials SHOULD BE HELD TO A "HIGHER" STANDARD...

The "before in history" you are referring too is nothing at all like what occurred in 2020. I think you need to dig a little deeper about why two different elector slates were sent from the state of Hawaii during the Nixon election year. It is not at all similar.
You’ll need to read the indictment and Arizona election law. The whole approach was an orchestrated top down scheme to force Pence to send votes back to states. Then false slate of fake electors will claim they are duly elected and empowered to vote. They are not nor ever were. Deprogram yourself. And yes they are innocent until proven guilty.
