Love your throwback!!! 😊 4:27
I’d watch an entire video of throwback photos of you and Alan from your CP and CM days!
yes!!!
I would too! Thanks for another great vid Mammouth Club!
One suggestion, if the boys are up to it. They should a video with all the secrets of galaxy edge. Molly does a good job but she’s not a Star Wars fan. I think it would be fun if the guys did it.
I think the sign at pizza rizzo about the wedding reception could be a reference to Muppets Take Manhattan. When Kermit loses his memory, he meets three other frogs whose names are Bill, Gill, and Jill. He then gives himself the name of Phil. One of the songs in the broadway show is somebody's getting married. And the show turns into Kermit and Piggy's wedding.
Your shirt is what dreams are made of! 😍🌟
I came to the comments to find the Lizzie fans. I was not disappointed!
Yes!
DREEEEEEEEEEEE-HEEEAMS
I’m so psyched we get another secrets video!!! Every park has their own world building and nods to the themes at hand, and it’s always so fascinating to learn even more of these details. I cannot wait to seek these new details out for myself on my next trip.
This hand is your hand, this hand is my hand….. no wait, that’s your hand…no, wait, that’s my hand….. (sung to the tune of This Land is your Land)
I came here to say this!!! Lol* f joey!!!! I cant. So funny!!!
Potential for Muppets-themed secrets and Easter eggs = immediate click! 🐸🐷
The can of Wilkins Coffee - a common sight in many homes back in the day but now just reminds me of Proto-Kermit having jet-black humor!
The ceramic dalmatian reminds of the old Wheel of Fortune during the day. The contestants had to spend their winnings on merchandise in the showroom, which included a ceramic dalmatian 😂
Ha, some photo bomber got blurred!
I learned so much! Just when you think you've heard it all....Molly does her research and gives us so much more! Thank you!
A classic Molly video! Thank you!
Thank you thank you thank you for doing another secrets video. I appreciate all the work that goes into them! I always learn something new. We love looking for the details you pointed out and try to find things to research ourselves.
Rocketeer is one of my favorite movies. Not only rocket and helmet but Peevy was the mechanic to rocketeer and designer of helmet
Part of The Rocketeer was shot in my hometown! The air museum at our tiny airport is still housed in the hangar they built for the movie.
The History Channel is currently airing a documentary series called "How Disney Built America"...very informative!!
I remember going in the Animation building & seeing all the colors & animators working. I also remember seeing The Golden Girls home & sets from The Rocketeer. My son was chosen to ride the bee in front of the green screen to show how that was done. I enjoyed Catastrophe Canyon & The Backlot Tour!!
I ❤ Molly you got all facts right on n I remember in the late 50s early 60 the building still looked like that but so many have been destroyed unfortunately how nice to have you point out LA back in the day. ❤❤❤ Love ya
I needed some mammoth Disney magic this morning
same, helps get my brain geared up for the daily slog
Another great hit with history Molly ..Keep the secrets coming 💐
Thing I was not expecting to cross of my bucket list today: hearing Molly say “edible panties”
lol for real! 😂😂😂
IKR! 😁😊
AHHH this is perfect timing. I'm going tomorrow for the first time!! ❤
The crates were changed because they were all MGM movie references! That’s also why it’s not called Min & Bill’s anymore.
Roger rabbit was a great movie.....I've watched it at least 100 times.
Ok but your Lizzie McGuire shirt though! 🤩🤩🤩
Yes! I’m obsessed
I’m late to the party! I love when you do these information loaded vlogs though! 🥰
Chandler and Joey’s dog was called Pat. In season two Rachel found the irony in the name “Pat … the dog”. He actually belonged to Jennifer Aniston IRL. He was given to her as a gift for landing the role of Rachel. ❤
Thanks for all the fun facts and easter eggs! Has anyone ever looked at all the hand and foot prints in front of the theater? It would be fun to see who's all there.
Thank you for the Hanson Easter egg.. it was just Hanson day, a few days ago so that made it extra special! :) thanks for sharing that memory!
Oh also I was just in Hollywood two days ago and I saw that exact sign, and I was on that exact highway lololol
Marilyn Monroe is my hand twin and I couldn’t be happier about that :)
Spill the beans Molly! Love learning new things!
Next to the mandalorian helmet in doc ondars, the creepy skull is actually a tribal mask worn by General Grievous before he became an android. He carved his new robotic face plate to resemble the masks worn by his people.
I had NO IDEA you could go inside Syd's!!!! That's AWESOME!
I am coming down for my first ever solo trip to Walt Disney World in just a few weeks. I am almost tempted to save this video so that I can walk through the sites in person while I listen to Molly. That would be epic!
solo trips are fun! have a great time!
I'm also trying to figure out how I can have Molly's secrets vids close at hand as I walk through each park. Hmmm
Also Molly, I love your Easter eggs throughout the video and answering some questions :)
Sorry Molly, the lightning capital of the world as deemed so by NASA is Catatumbo, Venezuela. It's nicknamed the lighthouse of the world because they have lightning reported between 140 to 160 nights a year, nine hours per day, and with lightning flashes up to 40 times per minute.
Wow!!!🤯 Florida is actually the lighting capital of America. I think she just got excited!
I mean that's just NASA...this is THE Molly we're talking about.
Surprised you didn't mention that the dot-dot-dot-dash on the Victory sign at Rosie's is Morse code for V.
Ah man! I'm teaching right now, but CAN'T WAIT to watch this soon!
Knew this was going to be good when I already didn’t know the first Crossroads of The World fact! Hollywood Studios is one of my favorite parks because it feels so based in real history. Thank you for doing this research and sharing it with us all, Molly. Mammoth Club brightens my day every time they post ❤
Loved the video! Was hoping you'd point out the "ghost letters" referencing Pa Otter's (of Emmet Otter's Jugband Chrisrmas fame) memorial service on the sign display about the wedding in Pizza rizzo. Talk about a deep cut!
Morning Mam Fam!
I so enjoyed this video! This series is great! As a huge Mickey fan I love Disney trivia. Years ago I went to a shelter to adopt a cat. I already knew that I wanted a black kitty and I would name him Mickey. To my surprise I fell in love with his brother a tuxedo cat. I adopted both of them but was stumped on what to name my bonus boy until I remembered Mickey’s original name. Mortimer (aka Morty) and Mickey were the best! ❤
Loved this. Please plan to do more similar videos.
17:34 There’s also a 3 on the side of the block, and three stars on the top of the block!
I remember the animation studio in this park. We watched them actually animate upcoming movies thru the glass. It was sooo cool! I miss this feature for my kids!
Hey Molly. At sids you pointed out the dalmatian statue. Is that the same dalmatian that has the hidden Mickey spot?
If you loved Walt Disney Presents, may I recommend coming to San Francisco and visiting the Walt Disney Family Museum in the Presidio
Caught this super early!! So excited for the video. I also got my tickets to Mickey’s Not So Scary today and it will be my first time going!! Can’t wait for the MAM video on this year’s event to be my guide when I go!! 🎉🎃
Love the secrets videos! Could the three stars on the building blocks be the 3 in the A113?
Perfectly timed video! We're going to drive down to Hollywood Studios again soon. Definitely going to look for this stuff :)
That Jessica Rabbit costume was creepy. I'm glad that's not in the park. It shouldn't be anywhere.
Luv these!!! You are always such a wealth of great info. For me, these details are what make Diz special. BTW - for the A113 in the blocks, the one block with the 1's on either side has 3 stars on the top. Could this also be a nod to the "3" besides the dominos??? Keep up the great work!!! :)
That was a great video. Thank you Molly.
Baby Mollie workin her little heart out in guest services
Oh I love these videos! And Molly, I love your shirt! So technicolor 🌈
Also, I love when Molly calls out that Mulan is her favorite Disney princess, because SAME! 😁💘
Also same!
But we were there last week! Thanks for the tips anyway!
Why doesn't anybody ever point out that the wedding reception board also shows a memorial service for Pa Otter?? "Pa Otter Memorial Service with tribute performance by The Frogtown Hollow Jubilee Jug Band"
I just commented about this! We were so excited when we found this shortly after Pizza rizzo opened.
Love your videos thank you. Where do I find the trivia questions for the Walt Disney Presents attraction?
Oh I love these secrets videos!!!
I love how the droid in Ronto Roaster has just a single task for his entire existence…….. turning the meat grills 😂
“What is my purpose?”
He talks if wait long enough. he is looking forward to an oil bath after work
@@dianawilcox8173’You pass butter’
@@iamjackspyramidshapedhelmet Oh my god
“It’s so cute I want to throw up a little bit”. Me too Molly, me too! 😂
LOVE IT that you blurred out the background girl. Hate it when people get obnoxious like that! :)
COOTIES.. IN THE BATHROOM. 🤯🤯🤯🤯 DISNEY STOPPPP
Never imagined I’d learn about edible panties on a Disney vlog! 🤣
Hollywood Studios is my absolute favorite park and it has been since MGM era. This video made me appreciate it even more & a massive thank you for breaking down & referencing practically every inch of the park. Not only giving me answers to things ive been curious about, refresher for some and others ive never even thought of at all.
Love the videos and all the effort & details that go into making these fantastic videos w a passion. ❤
Thanks, Abe!!! Also, yaaas Muppet Treasure Island is my favorite muppet movie as well. Tim Curry is a legend
The teenage ducks 💀💀💀 I love you, Molly
I'm not sure if anyone else mentioned this but there is a massively esoteric easter egg from Galaxy's Edge you didn't talk about. Inside of Dok Ondar's, the chamber that holds the Sarlaac happens to be an easter egg for a whole different movie franchise: Ghostbusters. The chamber is covered in labels and symbols written in aurabesh that copies the various labels on the original proton pack. This includes a gray and blue label, a white/gray label with red lettering, a diagram of some sort, some outlines that look s little like envelopes, and a series of five circles that look like pie charts.
I thought the three was the star on top of the block
Thank you for sharing! I have never gone into Walt Disney Presents. I've walked by so many times! We are going back in September and I definitely will be stopping in there. It reminds me of the walk through museum from the Back Lot Tour, (which I miss so much!)
I am geeking out right now and not in a way that you might suspect. When you're at Woody's lunch box and you're talking about one of the booths outside of it that has Babybel cheese for feet and then the top of the table has a note from Andy's mom. I saw the flash of that note at the very beginning of this video, and I had to stop and rewind and look at it because that's my handwriting. You know that there are those things in life that you can recognize anywhere, anytime, and at any place. No matter what they are, no matter what stage of life you're at. Well, I do not know how, and it's kind of freaking me out, but that is my handwriting. MY HANDWRITING!!! How is this possible?!? 🤯🤯🤯
If there's a way to possibly find out which animator was responsible for writing that, I would be... I don't know what. This is just too weird for words.
Re: Gower St- Gower used to be a sort of low rent street where the starving artists rented shabby apartments and where the B movie studios were located. In “”Drip-Along Daffy,” Porky Pig sings a song about a (rather unattractive) girl named Minerva who’s “the flower of Gower Gulch.” #WBFanscanbeDisneyfanstoo
A note about No Vacancy in Hollywood. As an LA native. I know that No Vacancy is more of a look cute and get the bouncer’s attention to get in type place more than a reservation situation. I got real lucky with that a while back. So my suggestions is to just get there early right before open to get in. Otherwise the front door gets real busy. There’s no line. Just mob around the front around the bouncers getting their attention. If you can’t get in you can got to one of their sister bars, Black Rabbit Lounge two doors down or Good Times at Davey Wayne’s (70’s themed bar and also my personal favorite) that’s around the corner.
Pre COVID shut down, the Walt Disney Present attraction would give quizzes to those who asked. Once it was completed correctly and given to the correct cast member, you would become an Honorary Disney Citizen. You would sign the book, which listed all those who were also Honorary Disney Citizens. I was told that two books were always kept at the attraction while the others were kept at a different location. Doing this was one of the most precious magic moment I have ever had at WDW❤️!
😍😍😍😍
Thanks for the wonderful tour molly
The secret videos are the best. I saw that Toy Story land, the top part of Andy's lunchbox is painted. You can see it on Google Earth. But you can't see it on the ground. So fun
I found another reference to MGM studios. At the Pop century resort,80,s building at the giant laptop you will see an icon for MGM studios!
That particular Jessica Rabbit is nightmare fuel
So glad I’m not the only one who thought that! No thanks!
There used to be an actual lingerie store in Disneyland, on Main Street. It was called The Wizard of Bras. It closed after a period of low business-who went to Disneyland in need of a bra?
There is an Easter egg by Indiana Jones show. There’s a rope and the sign says don’t pull the rope but the n and t are crossed off and so the sign says do pull the rope. When you pull the rope there’s some sayings from Indiana Jones. Sometimes it works sometimes it does not work.
I love your best kept secrets shows. I have rewatched them many times. Thank you for sharing!
Muscle Beach could also reference the movie Annette Funicello was in - Muscle Beach party😊
I FOUND YOUR AUTOGRAPH
Thanks for all the info Molly!
35:22 ❤BEST advice EVER 😊
Am I the only one living for her shirt??
Ok bcs in 1999 I thought I saw the golden girls house here but the older I've gotten the more I thought it was a dream 😂
I NEED this Lizzie McGuire shirt! Where is it from?!
Love your Sunny’s. Do you know the name?
I think they’re from Quay. She wears a lot of their shades. I even bought myself a pair (on sale and not very fancy but still!) and I really like them!
Great video. Love learning the details. Unfortunately no one is interested when I try to share.
I LOVE SECRETS VIDEOS
Will you guys be attending Fantasy Springs media event?
Hey Ms. Molly, When you were explaining the blocks in Toy Story land/ A113 I couldn’t help but notice there are 3 stars on the top of the blocks…couldn’t that be the code? I personally think maybe the Domino’s are coincidence? Let us know? Love you! Keep up the great work
This shirt. I can totally see Lizzie as your inner monologue.
omg the banquet hall 😂
Gil is the son of Phil & Bill? Love that representation!! 🌈🌈🌈
Where did you get your Lizzie shirt? I can’t find it online.
Great info! @Molly - as a die hard HP fan, revisit the audio books read by Stephen Fry now they've finally been made available to the US market. He is to Potter books, what Attenborough is to our nature documentaries 👌🏻❤
The X-Wing in Galaxy's Edge was actually used in The Mandalorian. They needed an X-Wing interior and didn't have one made up, so they took the X-WIng off the back of the truck and used it. The crew had to cut out all of the supports in the interior, shoot the shots, put it back together and then ship it off to Hollywood Studios.
Another easter egg at Galaxy’s Edge: there’s a miniature Millennium Falcon hidden beneath the Millennium Falcon outside of Smuggler’s run, which may be an easter egg representing how the Millennium Falcon attached itself to a star destroyer in The Empire Strikes Back
Molly, I'm fascinated with this video. Thanks a lot for all Muppets dedicated time! Huge hug for you from Argentina 💌
Surely I'm not the only one who is giggling over here as Molly narrates her version of Star wars characters and wondering what Max and Alan must be thinking of some of her "misinformation"😅 I'm pretty sure this is an ongoing joke with them where she messes up the storylines and criss crosses movies just to upset the boys. Right? If so, I think it's hilarious!
Love these park history videos. Thanks Molly! I think you could have used Alan in Galaxy's Edge though! LOL
