What neighborhood in bellevue? i have several videos from this event and i was standing outside while this tornado was hitting my neighborhood near Leonard lawrence
Leawood Oaks, just a few blocks north of the school, so we probably are pretty close! Rusty Lord recommended I send this video to the NWS in Valley, they actually emailed me back and at the time said they had two confirmed tornadoes that touched down in Bellevue; the one on this video was looking north and caught whatever hit Mission Avenue in Old Town, with the other one touching down just south of the school on Courtney; the only damage I saw driving by later there was a sickly little tree knocked over. Interestingly, looking back at the damage assessment toolkit, they are showing them as one tornado, which means it would be coming from the top right corner on this video rather than left to right. Fortunately with these fast moving derechos, it's hard for tornadoes to build and sustain strength, so they usually just spin up short-lived EF-0 to EF-1s.
@@non-influentialSorry for the late reply, but yeah i literally live in your neighborhood and was standing outside filming when i assume this tornado or wall cloud may have passed very close to me, around 2:40 am.
Beautiful videos ❤❤
I like your videos!
Amazing Man 😍
I would describe it more as “terrifying” 😬
This is actually good not gonna lie
