I'm happy to see how brazilians are proud of him! He's a great guitarist and a funny guy. I love him and I hope he will stay in the band for many years!
+ESPSJ Poisonous Shadows probably is the best song of the album, but the solo, in my opinion, was too simple in comparison with these solos in the list. But its just an opinion, btw. Thanks for watching.
+Ilton Marques Nah I understand that, to be fair all of Kiko's solos are next level on this album. His solos are so fitting, honestly when Kiko was announced to join Megadeth I wasn't sure if he could deliver, I even thought Broderick was probably going to be better but man was I wrong!
+ESPSJ i totally understand that too.. i mean, im like the biggest kiko loureiro fan ever.. but im not a fanboy.. when he was announced i was thinking about the album and just expected and hoped it could be so good as Endgame was...i knew he would fit but didnt know if he would deliver all his potential in this album.. glad he did it!
+Ilton Marques That's something I don't get, people are saying this is AS good as Endgame, this album completely blows Endgame out of the water in my opinion. This is at a similar level as Countdown, maybe not quite Peace Sells but I think it's very under rated. Of course nothing compares to Rust in Peace, but some of Kiko's solos really reminds me of that era of Friedman.
@@Mysterywhiteboy78 Are you implying Kiko is not that skilled? Kiko is fucking monster, it's so ridiculous it's not even funny, he sometimes looks like he isn't even trying while sweeping like a janitor and playing complex shit.

Its hard to say. The rhythms and production on the recent albums definitely aren't as interesting, so its a bit harder for the lead guitarist to do some cool stuff
@@MRRU-uz7ej I don't get it. Why do people keep comparing guitarist in terms of one being 'better' than another? Plain unsophisticated binary thinking if you ask me. @The Lord of Entropy I agree. Marty really shines on Rust in Peace! I like the work of all three of them very much; hell I even like Broderick's playing, but they all have pretty different styles. Love Poland's insane string bending.. I personally always had a weak spot for melodic playing over speed and virtuosity and I think Marty's tonality and application of really weird tone sorts is quite unrivalled, but that's just my humble opinion..
@The Lord of Entropy I would argue the most interesting combination of style was Poland / Dave and not Marty / Dave. The phrasing, tone and accuracy of Poland is hard to rival. Marty’s work is more melodic but also less surprising to my ears. But yeah I would put this two at the top. To be honest I liked all Megadeth guitarist and I quite enjoyed them for different reason. Pitrelli was one that could really play well Poland’s style. Kiko less so. But he is very likeable guy and positive and I like the energy he brings to the stage. As for his work on the last album it’s great but certainly a bit too academic for my taste.
With full respect to the past megadeth guitarist that they made the megadeth today! I also salute Kiko for bringing this great band to another level , thanks Kiko
Overall. A brilliant album. Draws a top 5 'Deth album spot on my personal list. KIMB, PSBWB, SFSGSW and RIP pulling ahead. This thing is just plain awesome.
@@H.E.M. He's just saying that this is his favorite album since then, not that he doesn't like any albums released in between them, I don't agree with him either but there's no need to insult him over it
I cannot believe this mf left the band, he is the best guitarrist Megadeth ever had. We could've get at least one last album so Dave could retire for good and give their discography a nice ending.
The Emperoro for me has the best solo of the album, but the best part of this solo is played by... Dave Mustaine. He absolutely kills it with aggression and it is right up there with Tornado of Souls.
the more i listen to megadeth, the more respect i have for the first lineup. everyone is great and marty is the best, but chris man… although his style didn’t work at all for rust in peace, he was needed for his playing on peace sells which was very complimentary to dave.
Well, I give him the credit for the technical part... It is perfect... However, the problem is - it sounds like machine's playing solo - rrrrrrrrrrrr... I cannot remember not even one solo... I respect all ex-guitar players of Megadeth, but no one had more emotion and better technique mixed together compared to Marty Friedman... He was THE BEST guitar player of Megadeth EVER...
what? what people classify as robot playing is fast shredding but poor vibrato and bending.. kiko has all of that in spades, it’s just not needed all the time
I wonder if Kiko wrote any of these for the album? Most of them have that classic Mustaine sound to them, but I could see a couple perhaps being from someone else.
he co-wrote 3 songs in the album, also wrote all leads guitar played by him.. he even played piano in Poisonous Shadows and the acoustic guitar in Conquer or Die
Absolutely love Conquer or Die solo but besides that missed out on how much more moving Marty's solos were. Ability and technique without emotions is dead.
Conquer or Die is the proof of Kiko that he fits in Megadeth well and he's a well player... Can say so that Chris' tech is far better but no soul in his notes. Kiko feels what he's playing just as Marty does... Poland or the other guy after him were not satisfying by my side...
Marty friedman and chris poland were the best guitar players my band ever had, i can't compare these two both of them were phenomenal, after them i'll say al pitrelli had some soulful playing, chris broderick had the best technique and could play all the solos live very cleanly easily and note by note, kiko has his own technique he is not very clean live and can't play note by note and need to improve his picking and tone but his stage presence is the best.
Um guitarrista que nunca tocou metal com alma não seria no megadeth que iria fazer algo diferente. Os solos são bonitos, perfeitinhos para os fãs cegos do megadeth, mas nunca serão marcantes, exatamente porque não tem alma.

Conquer or die, was seriously one of the most bangin songs on the album. no words needed. instruments did the lyrics/singing/talking.
+brandon bishop maybe the best instrumental megadeth ever had?
Ilton Marques not the best instrumental, nothing against Kiko but Dialectic Chaos is Megadeths best instrumental
Jack Cattoi I prefer Into the Lungs of Hell followed closely behind with Conquer... or Die then Dialectic Chaos

Wasn't that long.
Poisonous Shadows? I thought it was one of the best anyway. Kiko really has restored something that Megadeth was lacking for so long.

He sounds like a cross between broderick and Marty, which is great!
Bruno Canongia exactly
I think the same, the speed and techniques of Chris Broderick, and the feeling of Marty Friedman
Conquer or Die for sure - fucking phenomenal.
the first solo in "Dystopia"... damn! Kiko kick ass!
