- ASMR Trigger Therapy 4 - Brushing Sounds, Layered Crinkle Binarual Sounds, Whispering, Slight Tapping, Inaudible Sounds & some hand movments to help you relax, sleep & just feel good.
I have wanted for some time to create a layered type of video with added sounds, i would like the thank a subscriber to offer a suggestion to help create this video.
I tried to keep the video just a plain sound video focusing on brushing sounds with various objects, the surface of the drum, touching and brushing the microphones.
This is that video • ASMR Scratching & Tapp...
I added a very quiet tapping track to the back ground & a dedicated track of audio with focuses crinkle sounds. I created the crinkle sounds wearing the "Dr Dmitri" shirt "this shirt has never been washed, the sounds are as purchased no modification to the shirt has been made" + the traditional silver soap. So there is a combination of shirt crinkle sounds and the silver soap.
I also added the same track reversed with a delay and reduced volume.
So in total there is 4 audio tracks
1: main audio track recorded with video
2: main crinkle track
3: very quiet tapping track
4: the main crinkle track with delay and reduced volume and channel reversed
I hope you enjoy the video, i think some people will like it but some may not. It didn't hit me as one of my best but that may because i listen to is so many times with out the chance to enjoy it. I really focused to remove any swallow sounds and stomach grumbles, i am really sorry for how many have not been removed in my older video's.

ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response it is described as a pleasurable tingling sensation that can be felt most commonly in the back of the scalp and down the spine but not limited to these area's.
I try to describe ASMR experience to people using something common like visiting a hairdresser, do you find the experience of someone focusing on you, the gentle touching of your hair, the sound of the scissors moving around you relaxing?
That would be a relaxing experience, watching ASMR video is like recreating that type of experience.
I believe most people can experience ASMR, to experience ASMR you need to find your trigger, common triggers:
Whispering
Watching Someone Focus on a task
Personal Attention - like a hair cut
Watching Role Play
Tapping Sounds
Crinkle Sounds

I do really love the dark lighting with brighter areas closer to the camera, for some reason the contrast seems to heighten my ability to trigger asmr from visual cues

Download the Torch web browser mate, 's chrome-based so you can import all your settings from there. It has a media grabber built in. But you will need a program to convert the .flv files it downloads.

I loved the crinkle in the background. You're an amazing asmrtist, a lot of what is triggering is seeing that you actually care about the videos. It's a hard thing to describe, but it feels personal when you're making the sounds and listening closely.

I think I can say for sure that I have never experienced so much ASMR at ones. Usually it's just one or two sparks that last less than a second. I had a whole minute of it with this video and it was just bliss! Fantastic job! And keep those hand movements going 'cause they are so hypnotic to watch.
I really like those somewhat subtle background noises :)

When I close my eyes to listen the sound of the drum and the brush, I imagine myself being watching a play in which the brush is the main character who tells you a story by making different sounds.

When you waved your fingers at the beginning I got strong tingles. Usually it takes crinkling to give me tingles.
It was once 39-43 degrees outside for a week and I needed 2 fans to keep cold. But now I need a heater to keep me warm in this -40 degree weather
