I personally found that these settings made the tv look too dim and colorless for bright room viewing condition. I'm not at all a vivid fan, but choosing vivid and making changes, while keeping these settings as described in the video for movie nights will hit the sweet spot for any viewing enviroment. Follow this video for dolby vision dark and movie mode for dark room viewing. During daytime viewing i found that the judder is a bit more noticable. What fixed it for me was actually using an apple 4k tv box with match framerate on. The processor in the tv handles the conversion poorly, but the apple tv smoothens it. Although for some content i prefer having both motion sliders at 7. In vivid mode i have brightness 100 (80-100 depending on how much light you get in your room), contrast 70, color saturation 51 (find the sweet spot between 50-55 for your tv), local dimming high, everything else off, except local contrast. I found that dynamic contrast was too agressive, but local contrast low gives that desired color pop, and it also makes faces pop a bit. This is generally for SDR. I'm not sure about HDR10, cause i have not found much HDR content that isn't already Dolby Vision. Oh and go with dolby vision bright for daytime viewing aswell. Play around with the motion sliders to find the sweet spot that works with your eyes or keep it off if that looks best to you.
It's stupid. If you use an alternative device like a Fire TV stick and either set the picture to 'Game' or set the HDMI to 'Game Master: On' (on the TV) it must force VRR and the judder is reduced/gone. A BIG shame that cannot be done globally. A fully capable smart TV, but you have to put up with judder on live TV and use an external streaming device to avoid judder in streaming apps...

For some reason my settings for SDR and HDR won't save different.
