Is it because I was using the power drill on full power, causing the sand paper to melt? Should I only pull the trigger half way down? I used a 20v Hary power drill , max setting, and the switch on 2. Is that the proper settings? If so like I said do I just not pull the trigger all the way down?

@@immortalassassin4456 thank you
@@weliftnation2418 welcome today i tried this method and had 100% great results. To factor one thing that I am not experienced at all in this field and still turned out great so I am very surprised by the Dry sanding method
Can I recommend Griots Garage polish compound . Amazon sells it . Works great
I wasn’t expecting that sign off. Hilarious
Lol..🤣🤣🤣
There has been a small blur after I spray with the sealant I thought it would go away but it didn’t . What do you think I’m doing wrong ?
You are my weekly fix HRP...always a little nuance to learn from you.
Hey man I appreciate it as long as you watch I'll have videos to make.. appreciate your support..💯
Thank you for the value!
I understood you change the P500 up to 3 times per headlight. But what about the P800 and P3000? How many P800/P3000 do you use per headlight?
Thank you for Eastern Europe!
I honestly would just watch a couple more of my videos to see the variations of the p800 usage.. typically majority of the times it's one per headlight but sometimes it ends up being two or three depending on the headlight or how much damage is done on the stages before... The 3000 trizak is used probably for about 3- 5 vehicles..
Sir pls I need help please!!! I used this method on a gmc sirrea, when I went over the curve of the headlight somereason my sand paper (3m 500 grit) it like melted??? And the orange from the sand paper like melted onto the headlight? I was using a power drill. I was able to remove some of it but not all by sanding it with a new paper. the customer wasn’t very pleased and said I can try tomorrow to remove it again but if I’m unable then I need to buy them a new headlight…. Please if you’ve ever experienced this and know what to do pls lmk 🙏🙏🙏
Is it because I was using the power drill on full power, causing the sand paper to melt? Should I only pull the trigger half way down? I used a 20v Hary power drill , max setting, and the switch on 2. Is that the proper settings? If so like I said do I just not pull the trigger all the way down?
@@TrixxOfficial747dand it over with a finer grit of sand paper and make sure you are constantly moving the drill around u probably stayed in that spot too long
@@buddahkahn6911 yeah maybe so, I’ve decided to stay away from dry sanding with the drill tho for now.
I’ve been wet sanding with drill, then i go over it again with the hand tool and dry sand it then
So
Drill 500 wet - hand 500 dry
Drill 800 wet - hand 800 dry
Then
3000 wet only on polish drill
Polish with megauires plastic-x + Chemical guys headlight restoration (2/3 megauires - 1/3 Chemical Guys)
Then apply the Meguires clear coat
What speed are you running the drill for the first part with the P500?
This guy's amazing.....😅😅😅
👍🏽
Which guy would that be? Oh, Your Excellency.
@igorpotocnik7231 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Id like to see the product used without any sanding 1st..then after you sand. Just to show the comparison. I personally sand all my restorations I do for my personal vehicles and family members. But some people just want a review on product without the prior sanding
looks great
Mau tanya untuk fernisnya pakai jenis apa kak, terima kasih atas ilmunya 🙏
I am going to attempt to do my own car. Just out of curiosity how much does it usually cost for headlight restoration?
Do you use wood or metal sand paper
All products tools and supplies are listed in the bio for viewing and or purchasing from the same place that I get them from along with everything else...
New and improved my rear, it's more expensive and more diluted so you have to use more of it
New sub👍🏾💯
🎉🥳🥳🥳🥳 Thank You ...
Don't forget over 140 videos now streaming...🫡
I used a 180 on on area that had a deep scratch
👍🏽
On my first step, I ended up using a p600 as my starting point. AND WENT THROUGH 15 DISCS TO GET MY DESIRED RESULT😂
Where are you located it??

But, does it taste like Ajax?
Pro tip: Clean the dust off the headlight from the previous grit.
I think his P-500s he left in his humidor....that's a lot of sanding for not such an old headlight....
Good video but you talk too much
Talk about milking a job, I been using plastic for years, and never took this much time.
What do you mean by that? Use plastic?
No, it's a polishing semi- liquid, inexpensive, works for me.
I did everything the same, then polish and it look like shit
Hey its 5 minutes in you're still talking about your life and philosophy please I just want some information about cleaning up my headlight lens... I'm out of here
too much Bad language for me.
