Valve Cover Gasket Install on my EA113 MK2 Audi TTS!

With the cab stinking of oil after even short drives, we discovered our valve cover gasket had finally had it. Installing a new one with a quick and easy appear upgrade to our factory valve cover as well.

Nice video. Interesting to see you still have the original orange dipstick and holder. I had to replace mine as the plastic had gone very brittle.. Not worth having any of that going down the tube in to the bottom of the motor. Also helped solve a small vacuum leak that i was struggling to find

I would get the yellow tube and dip stick to replace the faulty orange :=)

I got an tts engine cover like you for my cdl ea113 engine but where i put the 2 front studbolts for the cover ? Cant fine the spots.
