FRAN, Fantastic, I received a card from one of my craft group over 20 years ago, when I was doing a lot of stamping and the Embossing was an on and off thing. IT WAS STILL ON THE NEW SIDE. I thought it was the most beautiful card I had ever seen, she did it in a rustic color, WITH A GLITTER EDGE.. Your card is beautiful, and thanks to you I have some found memories of sending these cards. Everyone wanted to know how to do it. Thank you again, I am going to start making these again as I have umpteen folders so now I can say u brought this idea back. Bless you for the memories been doing cards since I was 20 and now I am just over 70.
Thank you for a new technique to me! I'm also a SU! demonstrator, but am still learning techniques. Great work showing us how & why to do it the way you demonstrated!!
Hi I'm Linda from the uk Wow thankyou so much for sharing this card I am so excited I can't wait to try the toilet paper what a beautiful card love love love it
What a clever idea, I will definitely want to experiment with the toilet paper and learn to emboss it for a beautiful card! Thank you for your ideas and video!
Years ago Carol Duvall compressed toilet paper onto a deep etched rubber stamp with the back of a spoon, spritzed water on it, and when it was dry, it retained the shape of whatever the stamp was. It works great with words. This is a good idea, too👍🏻 Oh yeah...it was the late 90’s when her tv show was on and she wasn’t hoarding either. Some people....
WOWEE! Such an interesting technique!! I LOVE THE COLOR PALETTE & THE UNIQUE TEXTURE! I might wait awhile, tho’, before I try it to be sure TP supplies are more abundant! Still, a CLEVER idea! TFS n’ HAPPY CREATIN’! Enjoy your day! :-))
Cool idea! I'm thinking, tissues or paper towels may be used, too? Also, wouldn't it be fun to put a few drops of food coloring in the water before spritzing? I was wondering...would these layers eventually separate? Or maybe, since it's been misted with water, and tightly embossed, it's ok? Thanks for the fun! 😍 Suzy
I noticed when you turned handle on mini machine you kept putting finger on handle when turning. Why was that? Does machine stay secured to table when using?
I am so glad you include your "boo boos", cause I thought I was the only one that made mistakes. Makes my frustration level not quite so high. Beautiful card, "Frenchie"! I am going to try that technique, tyfs!
I would like to see embossing techniques one can do without an expensive machine which I cannot afford. Why not contact the person you mentioned regarding the pronunciation of her name and location?
Maybe you don't know but my accent is not something I can switch on and off so the pronunciation would be difficult so may STAMP SET i don't even pronounce correct so image people name :)
Never been a hoarder and we never been out of TP at our local store they put a limits from the beginning so we never had problems still to this day it is a limit of one pk per customer so we are safe love the limits

très original et sympa !
Wonderful idea. Love the aged look.
Wonderful idea! Thank you so much!!💓
awesome love it
Omg I just tried and it worked! Waiting for it dry. So cool!
So cool!
Very beautiful . What is the substance that you sprayed on the toilet paper before printing. Thank you.
water plain water
Thank you
Love this technique. Innovative and so effective! Thankyou x
I would add a little glue into misting water so it doesnt separate and dried harder so impression stays. Some of us didnt pig out on TP!
I made lots of them and it is not separateing
What an awesome idea!!! Love it… TYSMFS!💞
France could you share what type of a sponge tool you used and place of purchase, please.
These was the stampin up sponge cut in 4 i have all the supplies list at wp.me/pa4wJA-8RY
@@FranceMartinFrenchie thank youFrance
I LOVE IT!!!!!
Love this! Thank you!
So cute - I´ll do those too! Thanks a lot for sharing :-)
Very unique, I would never have tried toilet paper but it looks great. Thank you for a new technique.
Great! How do you keep the layers of the tp from coming apart??
when you emboss them wet it just compress together and stay together
great idea, thank you.
great technique--thanks
is this the cheaper kind of TP or is it the heavier stuff like cottonelle or quilted northern
That would be the Northern from Sams
Will the layers separate?
Mine didn’t
very nice
It looks like old fashioned flocked wallpaper!
Love this idea going to try it today for sure. The card is lovely.
Thank you so much.blessings
Ooooh, that would be cool to sprinkle some watercolor powder on the toilet paper after spritzing & before embossing.
does this work with all the embossing folders or just the 3D ones?
Work with all folder but the 3D will give a better result
WHERE did you get toilet paper???
Since the start of this COVID out store put limits per customer so we never had a shortage
Ty!
Great tutorial, I detect an accent that I cannot place, where are you from?
I am French Canadian been in the States over 30 years but I guess the accent is here to stay 🤣
I've also made flowers out of toilet paper. They're soft and pretty.
Cute ...sounds like Elmo!
😍 Suzy
drop of ink would work great
I noticed when you turned handle om the mini

original merci
Oh my word woman! You are so darn cute. I loved your video.
I am so glad you include your "boo boos", cause I thought I was the only one that made mistakes. Makes my frustration level not quite so high. Beautiful card, "Frenchie"! I am going to try that technique, tyfs!
How did u even find extra rolls of TP with this whole pandemic? 😂
Very clever tho! ❤
What are you doing off camera? Wish you showed it all.
I emboss with the folder
Yes Frenchie , people were selfish and bought too much , making others struggle to buy things. Than’ you for sharing the idea though
Great video- but I am not putting toilet paper on my cards!

If u have any stamps...the effects are the same.
😍😍❤❤👏👏👏👏👏👏🙋♀️
My first thought was that you had lost your mind.😂
funny
You had the card stock 90% out of view 🧐. So????
So, is this your admission that you were one of the 'hoarders'? If so, for shame..for shame.
Never been a hoarder and we never been out of TP at our local store they put a limits from the beginning so we never had problems still to this day it is a limit of one pk per customer so we are safe love the limits
So, you are one of the hoarders? SHAME
oh no I am not the hoarder and our store still have some on the shelf with limit one pk per customer
