Without question, they greatest navigators in the history of this planet. Could see patterns on the ocean, stars, moon light, migrating birds, could leave Tahiti and hit any Hawaiian island with 90%+ success. So much respect and love from this mainland Ha'ole.

The samoan culture is awsum from a maori, your guys food is way betta than our new zealand food and u guys are way more successful i wish i was samoan.
Polynesian food very similar to Malaysian food, we used alot banana, like Nasi Lemak used banana leaf, coconut, pandan leaf,[pandan from malay word same with paddy], we used yam/taro, sago, palm and coconut to made sugar, and in pre-islam we love to made alcohol drink with coconut and rice.
Ayyy more posts! Keep it on coming! The Polynesian culture is my favorite and I believe to be the best in the world... Some day I wish to visit and live the high life

Most of these videos only show how to make it, but they never show after it is cooked. Do you eat the leaves or what happened to the milk inside after it is cooked?
How do you get that kind of body shape? Is it genetic or some sort of activity based? A type of diet maybe? It looks really awesome, not trying to be weird but i think thats a lot cooler than "chieseled" six packs of body builders and such.
There are quite a few weightlifters who are very muscular while also keeping a layer of fat, and their bodies look like that; I think it's a matter of body composition tbh, like how much muscle and fat you have.
Samoans and other Polynesians get this kind of body from the way they live. Even making food gives them a good workout. Stuff like climbing coconut trees, hunting, even clearing the land and mowing the lawn with only a machete helps them keep their figure but it's a good thing they do this kind of stuff because it's really easy for us to put on weight too.
Jan Šinkovec It's genetics. If it were possible to get this kind of body by working then a lot of people would have it. You either have it or you don't.
If people from chuuk tried making a channel and a business and had tourists come and watch how we made food behind the scenes would be us talking bad behind their back
They're making a few different things in this video. There's palusami, breadfruit, taro, elegi, and banana. Something is always cooking in the Samoan village at the Polynesian Cultural Center!
