Got to see Vinnie in a small bar in Philly area for the Meltdown tour and we got to hang out with him, the bass player and drummer after...very cool down to earth guys!!!
The drummer and the bassist are currently playing with Gus G, Michael Angelo Batio, Rowan Robertson and Andy Martongelli on the Electric Guitarlands tour. They are the coolest people ever. Saw them live yesterday and they were incredible. The drummer was always smiling and having a great time while kicking major ass behind that drumset. The bassist wasn't less incredible. There was a technical issue with the bass sound and he is such a badass that he literally chucked the Bass DI on the floor.

I saw Vinnie in 91? 93? In Pittsburgh at a great venue. Playing this song and others. His pick attack is so even.
Why not use a harmonizer for those 'verse' bits that had 2 main lead lines in the original?
why would you use a bloody tele?? even just for the show factor.
