You can use a mini heat press pillow inside of the hat and rotate to the area you want to press. This will take some trial and error and some messed up hats to master.
Our hatpress stopped working after about 4/5months; I am currently troubleshooting to decide if its worth investing in a new one. What temperature do you press at for 7 seconds? And is there a way we can increase the pressure even more than the knob is able to turn?
What hat press are you using? We press at 300f for 7seconds. If you want to add pressure besides the knob, you can always use a silicone sheet, stahl's carries one
What kind of hat press are you using. The press is probably causing the crease. Perhaps reducing the pressure would be better since the hat doesn't go into the wash often and won't shrink like a t-shirt.
Thank you so much for watching our videos. Unfortunately at this time we haven't tested out any budget hat presses but it is on our list of items we are testing out soon.
Scorched all of them especially the last one.
🤘🏻
How do I do DTF on the back of a Flex hat?

My hat seems burnt and I get a weird crease on the center line of the hat, any suggestions?

Did you say you sell these caps? I’m really interested in the last one. Could you provide a link please.
Which model?
@@transfersuperstars the sweat Outdoor one, that you did last on the video.
What is the purpose of the “rub down” step?
Lots of uneven heat and pressure with hat caps, just giving out an extra tip for some ppl.
