What's weird to me is here in Canada anyone who passes away at home automatically receives a visit from the police as well as an autopsy. If this was a law in Idaho it would have possibly had Chad behind bars much sooner

He is the Retired ME of the State of Utah He’s been involved in a lot of important cases! I’m sad he Retired!
I'm glad the prosecution is finally calling Prior on his testifying, leading the witness, & misstating the evidence.
Just imagine the terror Tammy went through knowing she was being murdered?? Her struggle where she had to be held down !

Exactly- all three victims fully terrified I’m sure - ohh wait, actually four (that we know of) horrific deaths- I’m guessing Tyle had the most traumatic death by the way her body/evidence was destroyed and treated- probably all done according to Chads “visions” … through it all … he sits there blank faced.

I can't imagine Tammy's last minutes struggling under the weight of her husbands hands squeezing the life out of her. I hope that Chad's and Tammy's children watched this.

Hatred in a Mormon heart: It is surprising how Prior reminds the jury of the other murders; and even more surprising how he informs the jury that Tammy's murder may have involved 2 or more attackers. This means it was not Alex Cox alone. Someone (Chad/Alex?) restrained Tammy's arms while someone else (Alex/Chad ?) smothered her. Someone may have restrained her legs. She would have suffered the terror of fighting for oxygen for at least several minutes before losing consciousness. Add to that the horrific disappointment of having a husband you loved and supported turn on you with enough hatred to murder you. The man who presented himself as a prophet...as a god...taught how many other men that they, too, can have adulterous affairs with women they married in previous lives? How many LDS men conveniently believe in this and tell it to "the other woman." The church is silent.
So sad how nutty some people people can be!

Experts have always been excluded from the “can’t hear others testimony.”

Lol, I think it was less "Overruled cos I want to hear this" and more "Overruled, and don't interrupt him before he can give an answer", because Prior just kept on asking questions

The only objection the defense attorney knows is “IT’S BECOMING A NARRATIVE”. 🙄
And this attorney asks stupid questions (which he should have done his homework on first) about the human body. If by using common sense, ANY person could take a look at that diagram of the bruises on Tammy’s body and say, “Oh! Someone kneeled on her chest while holding her arms down while the other person held the pillow over her face!” It’s a perfect pattern.
I wish the Prosecutor would ask if Tammy was in lactic acidosis, according to the labs pulled at the autopsy. That will clear up a lot of these “I don’t know” questions by the Defense.
Maybe Chad's children have something to do with Tammy's death? Maybe they helped hold her down thats why they were covering for their father instead of standing up for their mother.
All I can say is that this defense need to read on some of his statements, like the medication and how to pronounce them as it is very irritating. And he thinks he sounds knowledgeable , not...

Chad and Lori will pay for what they did to all of these people. They are still hurting people; this is exactly what his kids wanted to avoid, their mother being "cut up". Now she is dug up and photos shown to the jury. Then the way they destroyed Tylee and JJ, burning and duct taping... So sick.
@geniemememe5936 IF Tammy’s children were as close to her as “Prior said”. They would have wanted to know WHY their mother passed. Not go by what their “Father” was feeding them most of their life. Meaning “his beliefs”. And NO ONE Saw the Autopsy photos, just the Judge & Jury.

@@carrieannshufelt3515 I am a widow. My son lost his dad. Children have such a hard time with loss. It changes them in ways they do not know. I don't really know if we disagree, or have a misunderstanding, but families and death( especially murder) rips people's heart apart.
