  • This silver cell has been in operation
    For seven days . The crystal growth is good . The video is a like choppy I just wanted to show today growth . Please hit the like button or Subscribe for little refining of silver and copper cells . I will be pouring silver shot and almost a kilogram of fine silver bars
    This cell produced over 700 grams of really nice looking silver crystals . You don’t need a big stainless steel 10 liter bowl to refine silver .
    Thanks

    I don't know how this works really but if you could run this on solar you might have a currency for the apocalypse lol

      I would take it a step further and have a ram pump fill a reservoir and hydroelectric power that baby.

      I'd probably rig a fan blade to an alternator and wind power it on back to civilization

      Probably use the wind mill to keep the beer cold

      It’s a silver cell for refining impure silver with electrolysis . Impure silver goes in .999 silver comes out.

    I'm not much of a chemist. Is the purpose of this setup to bring silver out of solution in a manner that maximizes purity?

    Im wondering if you could have palladium in solution with that green tint to the electrolyte. Especially if you are feeding contacts into it.

    • @Hill-13
      @Hill-13  8 місяців тому +1

      Palladium seems to stick around the system , when I cement out I usually separate the drops the first drop 12 hours and everything after goes into a dirty cement container . The copper nitrate left over gets put in a bucket w/ copper in it . The solution from this bucket gets evaporated to reduce down to later reclaim ( thanks Lazersteve, still working on it ) the last batch of PMG recovered from the stock pot is mixed with copper I’m going to smelt it then run through the copper cell.
