Tough call ,the one on y he right shines the most and has the size and nice color but when enough light hits the deeep blue if the middle stone it is quite heavenly. Thanks for the educational vids, beautiful merchandise as always
blue sapphire is the most beautiful gem in the world, i have seen poor people wearing less then 2 carats getting rich , but it must be a real untrated , and unheated
How much would a sapphire cost, I got a sapphire and diamond ring that was originally $160 but I got it on sale for $10 it looks like the one in the middle my mom says that it's real but I'm not sure, can you please tell me?
Hi.. Much of the cost has to do with the size of your sapphire. From there, I can give you an estimate on the price it would be if it were a real one. Once we figure out that price, we might be able to have a better idea if it's real or not. So with that being said, do you know the carat weight or the millimeter diameter of the diamond? If not, feel free to send a photo of the stone (perhaps alongside a penny for size reference) to matt@goodoldgold.com . We'll take a look at it and do our best to offer you an estimate. Thanks
I would go with the middle one, richer color am not so worried about transparency on colored gems in general I usually look for color first and foremost and then transparency, not everyone is the same though but damn that's a beautiful gem.
You shouldn’t have zoomed in that close I don’t know how big it is from far. It’s 3 carat but I know it’s small from far away. I want to see how small it is from far.
Everyone is saying they want the one in the middle, I have one square cut that color but it's in between the transparency of all three of these. Anyone interested?
I love all your videos! Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us. I realize this video was posted some time ago, but it caused a question to enter my mind. Why don't I see colored gems cut like diamonds? For example I have never seen a hearts and arrow sapphire. Is it because colored gems don't have the same light refraction as diamonds? Would it affect the color dispersion of the gem? I guess that was more than one question lol. Thanks again for your awesome videos.
Thanks for asking J fresh. I am about to cut a video with some beautiful colored diamonds I just got in. Also if you look on our channel I do have some videos with colored diamonds already like fancy yellow, pink etc. :)
@@DiamondInfoMan yes this video is very helpful in my country has the cheapest jewelry thank you now I can just buy the cheap 50 cents 3 carat sapphire
Out of three stones middle one is better but its colour is about 10% darker. Real blue colour is valvet blue colour or peacock neck blue colour & that colour is only in un heated KASHMIR SAPPHIRE
Hi, we do sell them. If interested, feel free to contact sales@goodoldgold.com and let them know what you're looking for. They will be happy to assist you!
Hey Dylan, The stones are actually resting on a white plastic strip called a "Diamond Color Comparison Tray". It's the tray GIA offers on their shop website to compare color. It's similar to a paper color card, but larger..
Can you please share the approximate price of the stones? Thanks in advance, and beautiful stones. I'm glad I found your channel. I just subscribed and thumbed up the video. ;) Peace!
They are being offered in a wide range of prices due to their size and quality. But many 3ct options are selling for a few thousand up to several thousand or more.
That's a good question. Our channel focuses primarily on diamonds, although we have branched off from time to time similar to the Sapphire video you came across. So perhaps we'll do another one in the future.
And there is where personal preferences come into play Manolo and why we insist on the services we provide when it comes to selecting gem stones. There are so many nuances to consider.
The deeper richer opaque navy blue sapphires are much more popular in Europe, especially in the UK. But, I'm Canadian and I've always loved that colour tone as a preference too. :)
1st and 3rd too light. 2nd one is way too dark and inky. It is a deep royal blue, and that detracts from its appearance imo. I would probably look at other stock you have.
Hi santosh shetty . I shot this over a year ago but if memory serves me correctly these were around the 8-10k zone. Please drop us an email if you are interested in pursuing an awesome sapphire.
Hi there I was pretty keen on a blue saffire especially in this kind of a cut but yes the cost is quite high for my pockets but thanks for getting back to me....
santosh shetty No prob. If I may ask what ball park are you looking to keep within? We carry and acquire sapphires of all budget zones. Drop us an email if you're interested and I'd also shoot you a video showing you the options we've acquired along with my expertise.
That one sold a few years back and I can't recall the price. But in interested in a Sapphire, feel free to contact sales@goodoldgold.com with your inquiry and we'll be happy to assist.
Dude your website doesn’t specify the quality of the sapphires the carat weight or anything it’s very vague are you a scammer I mean I believe you’re selling stuff but are they natural stones you’re not telling us you’re scamming huh It’s OK you can tell me I won’t tell anyone else

Algea Biofuels just guessing but I would say 15k is approx.
Brings me to Amel Larrieux song "And million Sapphires". What a great song.....everytime I see Sapphires I think of that song in particular.
I think the middle one is the most valuable. Am I wrong? :) It keep its color through all of the lights.
